September 40th Birthday

Wife and I are travelling with 2 friends to florida in Sepetmber. We are renting a Condo for the first 3 days and then going to drive where the mood takes us. I have come up with a bright idea to go on a 3 or 4 day cruise to Bahamas of Perhaps Cozumel. Has anyone got any experience of these short cruises. Are they value for money. We all like to have a drink, are we going to be ripped off with extortionate bar prices.

Do you mean the Disney 3 or 4 day cruises if so they only go to the Bahamas and its the 7 day cruises that go to Cozumel.

We find them very good value for money and we do drink which of course means that we are adding to the final bill at the end. The drink prices are cheaper than what you'd pay for the same in WDW itself and if you are a lager drinker then they offer a special price if you buy their special beer glass.

I was looking at carnival cruise lines, they do a 4 day trip to Cozumel from Miami Via key West.
