It starts coming in around 6:10. I couldn't remember the exact time so we were there around 5:45. I got some nice shots of the port and bridge before the ship came in

Hi I am the DD Nicole and my son just asked me to do some pin trading on this cruise I would love to chat with you guys more about how this works

We're new to pin trading but my kids are looking forward to it... I got them lanyards at etsy.com and a bunch of pins (random mix) to get started on Ebay. You can also get lanyards (and pins) at the Disney store and I'm sure onboard.

My understanding is that people trade them as you would trading cards and that Cast members are always happy to do it if you're too shy to ask random people. Also, I think there's an event onboard where Officers are there specifically to trade pins w/ people...

I saw the advice for an "over the door shoe holder" and wondered if this would work? http://www.amazon.com/Clear-Vinyl-P...sr=8-34&keywords=over+the+door+shoe+organizer . It looks like it's more for hanging in a closet than going over a door but maybe there is a door hook somewhere I could put it on?

It would need the hooks that go over the door. Here's one similar to mine that would work because it would hang on the door and not on a hook or bar: http://www.biglots.com/p/over-the-door-24pkt-organizer I was at Big Lots a few days ago and they had some like this.

In two weeks we'll all be in SoCal and no one will be able to sleep that night

Yay!!!! 5 more work days for me after today! I'll definately be able to sleep Sat night. After my 12 hr shift Saturday, I'll be nice and rested for our short flight and be ready to start vacation! In soooo excited to meet everyone.

These are cool but I got one at Walmart for like $10 and it worked great when I went on the Fantasy so I'm going to bring it on this cruise too

We just got off that cruise! Were docked before 6am and the first passengers were getting off before 7:30. We left at 7:45 for LAX-nice-no traffic. We were in the airport checked in by 8:30am. (In fact we are still sitting in the lounge-our flight doesn't leave until 1pm) Weather wasn't fabulaous but at least we had no rain.
LA was so fogged in we couldn't see anything this morning

What a fantastic photo!!!

For a minute I wished we still lived in LA. But I was appeased a little as I just learned they are opening a Disney Outlet in October just 30 minutes from our home and we have no sales tax in Oregon!

We JUST got a call from DVC letting us know we got the upgrade (that I was trying to keep a secret)... family is so excited

I buy off of eBay too but I make sure that they are shipped from the United States and not directly from China. There's really nice sellers from Florida and Tennessee. Hope it helps.
