Still waiting for docs.....maybe tomorrow! I'm getting so excited I can't stand it. Between time on the Disboards and leaving early to check for docs, I'm not going to have a job for much longer LOL!

DH is still shaking his head everytime I mention door signs. Wait until he see's the nice, flowy shirt I've got my eyes on for Pirate Night.

I've been kicking myself that I didn't get a ressie for Palo Brunch (I did get dinner). I've had a couple of friends tell me it's better than dinner. What are your opinions? I was thinking of trying for a ressie once we get on board.

drcell01- Your Aunt and family are in our thoughts and prayers. I'm sure her determination will have her on that ship in a few weeks.

No docs here yet either. I'm not worried yet though. Last two years we got them 3 weeks prior to cruising, so that would be next week for us.

So much to do! I have to try my kids formal clothes on them, and dress shoes to see what I need to buy, and I have to hunt down pirate outfits and see what my DH, Jimmy wants to do about pirate night (can't picture him dressing up)

I made my packing list, next to do is air out the luggage, it'll be here before we know it

Ok gang,

I am getting so excited that I can't contain myself. Let's get this show on the road!!! No docs, yet, but I'm running home every night to check for them. Hopefully, they'll be here soon.

We've got Palo scheduled for brunch and High Tea, but no dinners were available. I guess I'll just try again once we board.

Our excursions are done. We have a few spa things scheduled. The packing has begun. I still need to order Gram's birthday basket from The Perfect Gift, but they said to call back about a week out. The limos are booked. Everything is paid for. What else do I need to do???

DH and I are in 6096. Mom and Gram are in 6632, so if you see a beautiful, white-haired daredevil coming out of that room, wish Gram a happy 90th birthday!!!

Just have to share the good news that our DD is in Sleeping Beauty and is playing Beauty!!! At the Cafe Theatre, she is so excited!!!

She is also a state finalist in the Miss New Jersey Teen Usa Pagent!!!!!!to be held in Oct 2005.

Can't wait to cruise!!!!!

Had to post again because I just realized we are just 1 calendar month away
It'll be here before we know it. One month from now, I'll be up, packed and ready for the drive to port Unfortunately, 7:30 am is just too early for some in my party....so I'll be climbing the walls while everyone else sleeps.

I'm great. Still a little on the tired side, but no morning sickness at all. Today was my first "fat" day, so now I'm panicking that I won't have anything to wear on the ship. My credit card is certainly getting a work out this morning.

Glad you're feeling good. I had no morning sickness with Michael (1981) or Brianne (1982) but with Skye (1999) it was awful! It lasted for 4 months and it was all day not morning. Not funny then but funny now. Hope you continue to feel great! Even with your "fat" days.

We still need to pick our shore excursions. Does anyone have any recommendations? We'd like to snorkel with DS9 somewhere, probably St. Johns.

OK....

If there's going to be a DIS deck party - on deck 6 - then shall we propose and select a THEME? You know... if they can have a Pirate nite - then why can't we have a DIS party sail-away theme party. We can even decorate the passageways on deck 6 - and to keep things restrained we can limit the activities, cabin and passage-way decorations to say only 1/3 of deck 6; 2 cases of champaigne, 2 kegs and 3 cases of silly string. Of course, the scale of everything else will also have to match - we should consider limiting our sail-away fireworks launchers to a quantity that just fits on the adjoining verandas to our cabins (goodness sakes - you didn't think I would want to lauch from OUR verandas... did you?) - and no costumes which weigh more than 10 pounds please!

You know.... this may cost us something - so can I propose we circulate a flyer to veryone on deck 6 (non-DISers included) to please donate $5 per cabin so we have enough to pay for everything... including an unlimited internet account!

OK ... maybe not.

I was getting down that there are still no docs at my house, because I leave in 4 weeks. Then my DH reminded me that the cruise is 4 and a half weeks away (I guess I forgot about the 4 days at WDW
I'll start stalking the UPS guy next week, he gets a one week reprieve thanks to my DH
