September 29th MK hours question...

Ok, I'm confused and maybe someone can answer my question. If the posted hours for MK on 9/29 are from 9 to 7:30p, how come Fireworks doesn't start until 7:45p? I'm sorry if someone has already asked this question, I just don't see any other dates where the park hours don't encompass the fireworks display... Any ideas? Is this a totally dumb question? Thanks for any help!

All of the attractions will close at 7:30. The actual park and most of the shops will still be open past 7:45.
