I regret your discontent with the final answer you received about us not
being able to price match. I understand your disappointment, and I
sincerely regret any inconvenience the cruise alteration has caused.
Since you said that you will not pay extra, and we are not able to
negotiate the price to anything lower than the prevailing rates, I will
be more than happy to cancel your reservation now. As long as you cancel
your reservation prior to July 23, 2013, you will not incurr any
cancellation penalties.
Please let us know if you wish to proceed with the cancellation of your
reservation
