She posted on Facebook but I will see what info I can get She said it said you will be able to start booking December 9. Surely they will let you know something soon I they have already sent out info to people.

Well so far nothing "official" posted anywhere I can find. I was expecting an announcement any day.

I cant see anything either and I phoned dcl yesterday and they said the standard line 'in talks with private charter nothing finalised yet' ...

This is taking far too long! I think they are hoping we panic and jump ship! Thanks to Poison Ivy and all her help. Can I just say on a personal note how touched we have been about how helpful and supportive she has been over this whole process. I hope everything works out for her and they do her right. I hope also everybody gets options they are happy with. Fingers crossed!

I have two rooms booked on this cruise and got a call from DCL today, I have not had a chance to call them back(I'm at work), but I'm going to be bummed if they are turning this into a DVC cruise less than a year out.

It's confirmed. Check henlady's post on the main cruise forum. there's a flyer being mailed out. I have not received this yet but the news is breaking.

Just wondering what others are going to do. Like i have said we are just moving a week to 10/6. I have a room at AKL before and after that cruise.

that 10/6 date was very tempting. but, no matter what alternatives we considered there was always someone in the group with a conflict. So here we sit.

I hate to tell you this but unless someone in your group is DVC I don't think you will be able to stay with this one. I think it sucks, but that's just the reality of it now. It affects my friend as well as I am sure the guest list now may change because of this.

Very excited for January. I keep forgetting to send my email to join the FE group.

I know. So true. I am DVC but who knows? I really feel so bad for your friend's wedding plans and hope everything else falls into place despite this screwed up mess!!

Well she was thinking on her feet and quickly decided on the 10/6 cruise. Just she can't do anything with her wedding planer from Fairy Tale Weddings until she reboots for that cruise. Also since you are DVC you may luck out. I look forward to hearing your outcome.
