Ok now I don't fill so overwhelmed. I went shopping today with my list of things need to get before Cruise. Got it all! Man all those little things add up! LOL I did forget the shoe organizer for the bathroom door. I will get that tomorrow. Can not wait for our cruise! I looked at pictures online of the ship at Galveston today. They added a cowboy hat to the ship since its in Texas.

They DO add up! I keep adding things to my list ... I *think* I finished today. I got out dd's clothes tonight and started sorting through them.

The washers are $2 and the dryers are $2. Not very big washers but not too small either. Detergent is $2 also I think. I usually bring some Purex 3 in 1 sheets... covers washer, dryer and softener.

Does anyone know what Deck the washer and dryer are located?

Whew! Things are finally coming together. Finished a special sewing project for my DSIL and DN and our FE!! :yes::

Had a mini-celebration for my birthday. :

Now I need to clean the house and gather all the paperwork. Then pack!

Very cute!!! I need to figure out what to use for a hook. My FE is a little too wide, but we're going to work with it. It is unthinkable that I would start over!

We have been packed for weeks...but then just to make sure I had everything, I ended up taking everything out several times and repacking...then as my and my daughter's carry ons sat side by side I noticed hers looked MUCH larger than mine...anyone know if United is going to throw a big stink about a 21x10x14 carry on? Says on their website max is 22x9x14...or 45 linear inches...which hers is (45 linear inches)...it's a hard sided rolling one tho...I would really hate to check a bag due to a 1" overage in thickness and with our luck it would get lost in transit...

If it's really full it may not fit in the overhead, depending on the aircraft you are on. I work in travel and many of the airlines are getting very 'picky' about carryons and make you fit it into the 'sizer' at the counter. if it can 'squeeze' down it will fit. Good luck!

I called and left a message for Alma on Friday - we had a busy Thursday as our dog had her puppies starting at 3am! We had expected them no earlier than today but she had other plans. Six beautiful puppies - 4 girls and 2 boys - and all are find. They get to stay at their 'aunt and uncle's' while we are on the cruise. I will try to call Alma on Monday - assume she is off on weekends. I hope it's not too late as we really want to be there!

I was curious about this too. According to a post I found on Cruise Critic, the laundry rooms on the Magic are opposite staterooms 2096, 6588 and 7590

Does anyone know if the kids can get autographs from the characters they see on the boat? My daughter loved doing this at Disneyland.

Or is the only option on the boat to leave a pillowcase for them to sign?

This is the same one we have a reservation for. Seems to be the most convenient since it's across the street from the cruise terminal.
