We booked through DreamsUnlimited. Well my dd and I (dh has to work) leave for Florida today for 2 weeks to spend time with family. I'll try and check in. Everyone have a great week!

That was a great idea!! Did you guys also see the thread about saving money? Someone said you can split Shutters packages between families, I didn't think about that one either but I think it sounds like a good idea since you save $$ and may not want *that* many pictures. So many good ideas on these boards.

The pictures sound nice crainbow, can't wait to go home and be able to log in and see them!

I've been reading that thread. There are some good tips on there. I told DH he has to keep his receipts for everything he purchases and we'll tally things up every evening or the next morning. This way we'll maintain a good idea of what we've spent and what to expect. I'm not worried about me and Shutters but I'm worried about DH. I think he'll see some picture of DD and won't be able to stop himself.

I'm a little worried about Shutters and dd I just dropped off our photo selection this morning of pics taken at her daycare, we got 2 packages (1 per background, you get a really good deal for additional packages . . . )

Yes, my social animal dd will be about 18 months. How old is your dd?

Her party was a blast this weekend and she couldn't have been better behaved. She played with everyone and LOVED the kids there. She danced to some music and overall great.

I got my packet from Disney today!!!! July 16th is the day we can make our reservations. I can't wait to read this packet cover to cover!!!

Me too! It's beautiful. I am going to bring the cardboard box thing with me on the cruise to hold receipts and memorabilia for my scrapbook!

I got my packet from Disney today!!!! July 16th is the day we can make our reservations. I can't wait to read this packet cover to cover!!!

We should definitely try to get our dd's together! We had her bday party in a restaurant with 40 of our closest family members and friends. She danced to the music, was fussy about the food but I think it's the teething, played with the kids and adults, and then (like the awesome kid she is) went to sleep (with the help of kid ear plugs) her normal bedtime so I was able to enjoy the rest of dinner and socialize.

I didn't get my Disney packet yet. Maybe I'll get it today?

Shutters is about the only place that gives a receipt. Almost all purchases are are via the Key card and you will need to check with Guest services to get your bill. The adult beverages is what has run my bill up over the cruise.

WOW! When we were on RCL, they gave us a receipt for every purchase. This has me extremely scared now!!

I agree, not having receipts can make a bill balance secretly creep up on you.
You can check at the Guest Service desk at any time to get the most updated balance while you're on the ship if this helps.

Thanks for the warning. Maybe I'll be carrying around a pen and pad of paper so I can write purchases down. How do you dispute things if something shows up on your bill and you can't figure out or remember if it was your purchase??

She'll be allowed in the ear I think? As soon as we get on the ship, assuming I'm ok with my dining rotation, we'll be by the pool too!

I was just on the Wonder last week and to include drinks I got a receipt for everything including drinks as you must sign for everything. You use your KTTW card and than you sign.. Than you get a copy of the receipt... I did all drink charges inside at a bar or table.. Everytime I came out of one of the two stores I had a bag in one hand and a receipt in the other..

Do check your bill though, at CS as I had a room service charge I didn't make but I did, that is how they showed the popcorn I baught for the movie (room service) so it was ok.. It looked funny at first.

I feel like I have been away forever! I had so much catching up to do. It has been so busy but with only 2 days of school left things should start slowing down. I got the book in the mail too, it's so exciting to receive things from Disney. I am also waiting on a DVC mailer about AKV that's going out. Mia have you received yours yet? Some people on the DVC boards say they have already received theirs. I haven't forgotten about the rest of my trip report. Hopefully I will get back to it soon, I just have to go back and see where I left off. Well I just wanted to check in and say HI.
