I was reading a thread on the DIS where there was an active group that called Disney and got their own private mixology class. I know there are a bunch of us that wanted to do several of the tastings, so didn't know if we could get a count on a specific one and see if we can get a private one? Thoughts?

Do we have anyone in Concierge that would be willing to try to work this out if we have enough interest?

Always room for more DIS'ers!!! Check out page 1 for different things. We are running a second group of FE's if interested (again check page 1 and contact nenner1). There is also a link just above to sign up if you are interested in any of the tastings (alcohol). We might try to set up some private tastings if there is enough interest. Nothing definite yet.

We recently found out my husband will be traveling in Australia for work the week before our cruise date, meaning he'd probably be kind of useless for the first couple days of the cruise due to jet lag and time zone lag. (We're coming from California--the time zone issues are going to be a little rough as it is!)
Fortunately, we were able to move our cruise out a week and now we'll be cruising on the Sept 28 Western date. UNfortunately, we won't be on this cruise with all the cool people we've met!
So make sure you get the ship all vacation-ready for us and maybe we'll see you coming off as we're getting on. Best of luck and enjoy your vacations!

Have room service bring in the coffee and sit on the verandah with a cup and just totally relax.

My question: I know where to go on the Magic and Wonder but on the Fantasy, where do you go that first day when you get there on ship to see about last minute reservations for Palo?

There was a sign on the walk way after you check in telling you where to go. For us it was the Royal court dining room to make reservations for Palo & Remy or to change dining times.

Sign ups are going well! Right now Mixology is in the lead....21 people are signed up for that so far. Let's see what happens in the next week and then we will go from there to see if we can get a private seminar for whichever one has the most signups.
