September 2019....free dining?

I know I saw that if booked by Feb 10 free dining was available in september. We've definitely missed that boat. Does anyone know from previous years if they will offer this again?

This year has kind of broken the mold when it comes to discount releases. I highly doubt you'll see another free dining offer this year.
