Here are a few of my favorite photos of us:

Not Disney, I just LOVE this photo. It's her nonchallant look, I think, and how she is holding E.T.

Thank you for the welcome! We have girls the same age too. My DH has been to WDW before and marched in a parade for band, but for the rest of us this this will be our first trip. I am so excited!

Hi! Just noticed a time change for Magic Kingdom on Sept 15th. Seems the closing time has changed to 6 PM ! Wishes is no longer listed for that day either.

To close that early, seems like it must be a private function. Anyone hear anything?

I know it is off season & I expect early closing & all, but we now have park closing at 7PM : Nights of Joy Sept 9 & 10; MNNSHP Sept 13 & 16 & now "something" closing the park at 6 PM on the 15th. Wishes is now only Sept 11, 12 & 14th. Early closings for 5 out of 8 nights..:sad2:

Should make it real interesting on those 3 nights!

Mikellacinderella----your beautiful outfits have inspired me to learn to sew. I saw how much they cost and honestly couldn't afford the amount of outfits I want so I asked a friend and she's gonna teach me to sew. Then if I do ok on something simple then I will try a twirl skirt/dress and add embroidery. I don't have the machine for that but have looked on ebay at buying a used one if possible. I am so excited to try this.
....
I am glad someone informed us of the Prince dancing with the girls. I have 1900 booked for Sept 26th. Our ressie's are later like 7pm...hoping it's not as busy then and he will dance with my DD. I wanna make her a custom Cinderella Twirl skirt plus she may go to BBB before that. Her favorite princess since our first Disney cruise when she was 2 has always been Cinderella so this will be special for her. She would probably rather dance with her instead of the Prince:lmao:

I am loving all your pics. It is nice putting faces with Dis names. Oh Today I got a box from Disney. Order some jammies for xmas...they were clearance. Also got a black messenger bag with mickey on it and something else for a friend but I can't say cause she is lurking on DIS and don't want her to know. I love when Disney boxes come to my door.

Everyones posts and pictures are making me long for the days when my children were little. All but one of my four has graduated and moved out of state to college.
On the bright side my oldest daughter is pregnant with a little girl:cheer2:. Maybe I can just dress my granddaughter up and take her to WDW in a couple of years.

Loving everyone's pictures! Here's one of us at DHS on our last trip:

Our Disney bin is pretty much full--that doesn't mean I'm done yet though! I've got:
-stickers
-coloring books & Color Wonder for the plane
-Magnadoodle & other small toys
-rain ponchos & raincoats from Dollar Tree, found these a couple of weeks ago
-my ID holder I keep my KTTW card etc in
-MK & Epcot themed felt board I made for DD for the plane--super excited about this! It was a lot of fun.
-glow sticks & bracelets, light spinner
-body glide, sunscreen, wet wipes
-Take & Toss sippy cups

I've picked up a stroller rain cover and plan to make a super compact bib by tying 2 binder clips to a ribbon so any paper or cloth napkin can be used as a bib but I don't have to carry dirty bibs or those disposable ones around.

Just an FYI: Target's Dollar area now has lots of Alice in Wonderland (animated) stuff. My local Target doesn't have it in yet but my sister's in Iowa, which is a Super Target, had a ton. I got coloring books, magnetic note pads, sticky notes, pens and journals.

Yes, I noticed that on the 15th too. I was wondering if that was correct, seemed so early to be closing.

Everybody has such great pictures! I've enjoyed seeing everybody's pics! :goodvibes

I think I saw a post awhile back on the theme parks board about MK closing at 6pm on the 15th and the general feeling from the more experienced Disers ;) was that it was most likely due to some private party. I guess we'll have to wait and see. It doesn't affect us because we are planning on doing AK in the morning that day and DTD/T-Rex that evening but it does stink with MK closing early so many nights because of the MNSSHP parties etc.

ForTheLoveOfDCL...:cool1: that you're learning how to sew! I love the custom boutique clothing but it is soo expensive and doubly so for me because I have two that I need to dress  I think my 4 year old will fit in some of my 7 year olds clothes from our 1st trip. I'm not going to do too much this time I don't think. It's just so Hot and Humid in September and I want my girls to be comfortable. And I don't think my hot glue would hold up to well in the Florida sun if I tried to put some outfits together myself, :lmao:

Yeah I have 2 too....gets costly. I am really hoping my designs in my head look good as clothing:lmao: I plan on making halter style tops for in the parks with Disney fabric and then a twirl disney skirt for 1900 park fare. She won't wear that in the park because we are waterparking it that day so that outfit is just for 1900 dinner. Might use it for breakfast with the princesses at Akershus. I am hoping to be successful cause I can measure the girls but not try it on cause this whole trip is a surprise.:rolleyes1

Those sound really cute! Keep us posted on your progress and we love pics ;) (fabrics, etc) :goodvibes

We did a surprise trip for our girls in 2009...so much fun and so exciting!
