This is what my girls wore to MNSSHP last year...I made the tutu skirts, and the shirts are just dance leo's with an applique I bought from etsy. It was iron on...

And these are some of us on the tea cups...we were having such a great time! :cloud9:

In case you are wondering...my husband and I were Mouseketeers. I just ironed on our names to the front of shirts, and printed the Mickey Mouse Club logo on iron on transfer paper and ironed that one the back.

I'm making a list of a few things I can pick up each week before the trip to spread the cost out a little. Then I don't put these costs into the vacation budget and hubster thinks I'm doing this whole vacation thing really cheap :rotfl:

So here's what I've got so far that can easily be picked up in the months before the trip. Please add if you have any ideas!

sunscreen
hats
self tanner (I'm crazy pale!)
quarters for pressed penny machines
toiletries
hand wipes/ hand sanitizer
ponchos from the dollar store

Super smart! :thumbsup2

I know last year at Target I found glow bracelets in the dollar spot. The girls loved them while we were in the parks at night-and they weren't asking me to buy the glowy things they sell. I think it was a pack of 10 or 12 for $1 :)

Yes, my kids are looking up the dinosaur's butt! For $2, the dinosaur would "lay an egg". The egg turned out to be a clear rubber ball with a dinosaur in it.

OMG, my DD would *love* that! She has the oddest bits and pieces as treasures! That would be exactly the kind of thing she'd enjoy!

I so enjoy looking at other people's happy pictures!

I am looking for a disney trivia book, some sunglasses, new jammies for the kiddos, and I am building a small med kit with sunburn spray or gel, sudafed, benedryl, ibuprofen (adult and kids), pepto bismal, antibiotic ointment, bug sting-ease, hydrocortisone cream for bug bites.

I am also looking for stickers to put on the snack baggies for the airplane, coloring books for the flight, and some cars/trains for DS and a small stuffie for DD.

LOL - I like the not adding them into the vacation budget idea. :thumbsup2

Last year I picked up things here & there that we wanted/needed and kept them in a "Disney Chest". :goodvibes I loved adding something to it every so often.

I started one up again this year too.

Oooh. I like the idea of the "Disney chest" I have the "tigger is that you" bag that I could use to store all my goodies out of sight of the terrible twosome.

Sooooo. for some reason I wasn't getting updates. Wow, 225!
Anyways, I believe somewhere above I posted my ADR's, well, today I changed one (lets hope it's not a continuing thing :rotfl:)
I had originally chose Maya Grill for Sept 29, but I changed it to 1900 Park Fare. Why you ask? Because someone told me that at Park Fare dinner Prince Charming dances with the little girls and I want my daughter to experience that. So I'm hoping that Park Fare has a buffet that all three of us will enjoy.

Don't know if this helps, Walmart has tons of infant/baby jammies Im sure in kids too for like $5 we got some for DD, and target had sticker books in the dollar bins! I love those bins!!!!!

On another note, is anyone concered with the anticipated tropical storms this season??? I know disney doesn't tend to be bothered too much, but I'm concered with flights down (I dont mind being stuck down there :rotfl2:)

This is our group outside of Rockin Roller Coaster, we were all supposed to be doin the Rock N Roll sign....notice dh doin bunny ears. :rotfl:

Disney Store has jammies on sale I got an email today, not sure what sizes etc but thought I would let ya know. :thumbsup2

And I was super glad last year to have brought pepto! darn Yakitori House or as we call it Yuckatori.

We drive down so I went to the $ tree and they have alice in wonderland, pooh and tigger, and Disney jr coloring books. I also got some cars crayons and some scribble pads and ponchos. My box is starting to fill up!:cool1:

Ok so with everyone posting pictures of these beautiful kids and costumes, I wanted to post a few pics from DD's first birthday. We are big Mickey Mouse clubhouse fans! Lol I'm creating a Disneyaholic! ;)

We bought the dress from Toys'r Us and the bows were $1 at walmart! :cool1:

I don't actually have that much in my Disney Chest so far. What I have is:

- a small backpback style bag (not a string or regular backpack, but like one)
- our TA luggage locks
- 3 small packets of kleenex
- compact mirror
- some carbinator clips
- keychain rubix cube
- goofy pen
- 50 Disney Trading Pins for trading! :cool1:
- Donald Duck pressed pennies & quarters containers
- Goofy pressed pennies & quarters containers
- 2 small sunblock stuff for the lips, with goofy & donald wrapped around
- our tracfones
- some shirts & a clorax bleach pen for me to try designing shirts
- my custom photo disney coin purse + photopass cards from last trip
- keychain flashlight
- small container of eyeglass cleaner, cloth & screw set

The food is good but the characters are the best. Make sure she heads over as soon as the prince and cinderella start to dance and they will stop and dance with the kids

Here is my DD from December

Gah! So busy, haven't had time to read any posts today. However, I have yet another question for you, MikellaCinderella. How hard are the outfits to care for? Would I have to hand wash them? How do you spot treat stains? My kids are pretty neat but, well, they are kids, and stains are a possibility.

Whoever posted that bleach pen t-shirt thing, THANK YOU!! I am definitely doing that!!

I LOVE all the pictures of everyone. Love the pictures of all the babies and little kids, and really love seeing the pictures of older kids. They all look like they're having such fun!

Thanks! It was nice to keep it simple...it was still pretty hot when the party began.
