great...i am going to order 2.....silly question :confused3will we have our name on them???? do we out that in our order

Yes, they will have your screen name on them. Just make sure when you are checking out through Etsy that you write your screen name in the "notes to seller" section. :) She only listed 5 to start out with and will list more as needed. If there aren't enough, check back tomorrow.

Wow Carey the tea party sounds awesome! I hope people post here after their trip to show us all the fun they've had :yay:

I am definitely going to order a pin or two. I'll put one on the backpack and maybe one on the stroller.

I love reading about the updates at wdw. I am excited about the new queues at Haunted Mansion and Winnie the Pooh and the new Mickey meet and greet with fastpass (no idea when that is going to open but I love the idea of using a fastpass to do a meet and greet)
We saw the new Winnie queue when we were there in December. It was neat! A little odd, though, because the play area is off to the side of the queue line. So it meant I had to leave my place in line to retrieve my little ones from the play area. But, luckily, my DH was there to hold my spot!

As for the Mickey fastpass, it's supposed to start "this spring." Haven't heard an exact date though. They are being very mum on specifics of the new "Magician" Mickey at Town Hall, but I really think it will be the new "talking" Mickey they tested in Disneyland. What else would they be so quiet about??

So the queue encourages someone to hold the spot in line while others play? That's interesting because I have seen more than one "hold the spot" argument here on the dis. I think happy kids makes a happy line :goodvibes

I saw some of the footage of talking mickey opening the park and I was so excited!! If that IS what the surprise is they are going to NEED the fastpass! Started counting the weeks down. 26 weeks from today I will be driving down to Orlando (which doesn't sound as bad as half a year for some reason :rotfl: )

No one specifically told us someone had to remain in line, but it would have been weird if we all just hopped out to play and then tried to pop back into line. But, with the new queue, I think other guests do understand that most of the line will have members of their party playing, and not in line. I have a 5 and 2 year old, so they weren't really old enough to beckon my calls for them to come back into line. Hence, my need to leave and retrieve!

To me, nothing else makes sense than the Talking Mickey being the new attraction at Town Square. That has to be why they are creating a fastpass for the event. They know it will be crazy popular!

So, I have another pic for you guys ...:goodvibes

Yes, I am a bit of a Disney nut :rolleyes1 and I was so excited on my very first trip ever to WDW in 2007 I put a magnetic lime green dry erase board on our door. This pic was taken at the beginning of the week...later in the week the board was full of signatures and it was a great way for other Dissers to say "hello"! There were so many friendly comments :grouphug: We had a great time with it!

So, I'm excited about displaying the buttons! :woohoo:

That dry erase board idea is so cool!! I think I might do that, both at WDW and on our cruise if I can!

Ok, I ordered 3 buttons! Probably put one on the stroller, one on our lanyard or backpack or camera strap (since my camera is ALWAYS out anyways! LOL!), and one to display in the window at POP, hopefully on a stuffie or a towel animal!

:yay: I got all my ADR's :yay:

9/22-Whispering Canyon @5:05pmpm
9/23-Sci Fi @ 12:10pm
9/24-Cinderella's Royal Table @ 8:10am
9/24-1900 Park Fare @4:30pm

Now I just have to call for the Tea Party and I'll be done!
I can't wait to do this with my DD. Don't worry, I'll give a the wonderful details:cloud9:

I am thinking of using a magnet pad of paper so I can save the notes in my scrapbook of our trip. I am also gonna try and make something similar to the button cause I can't copy the graphic but I want a window cling BIGGER then an INCH in my window. I really wish the buttons were a bit larger, not sure I will find that button on any of you:confused3 I am getting excited and hoping I get everything I want for ressie's MOnday is my day!

That would be good....something permanent that you're able to save.

I've saved all sorts of cool graphics from the DISigns thread. I'm planning to make tons of magnets and FE gifts for the cruise portion of our trip. We could probably design a logo for our Sept group and use it for multiple purposes. (window cling, magnets, pins, etc.)

Would it be ok if I just put Miller06 on mine?? I think my whole 'handle' would be a bit much for the button LOL

I need to go over to the Disboards and check it out, although since we are staying at the CR I'm not sure if anyone would notice if I put anything out, unless I hung a queen size bedsheet with "hey we're over here ladies!!' on it from the balcony facing the MK :lmao:

Oh how cute!!! Okay...heading to buy my buttons. I think I will put one on my lanyard and put one on somthing in our window too!

Thanks! We had fun with the board! People from the DIS really are some of the friendliest people! :grouphug:

I love the dry erase board! How did you get it to stay on the door?

Thanks! It was magnetic. It was perfect and I was so excited when I found a lime green one, Lol :thumbsup2

The magnet pad is a good idea too for a more permanent reminder of the trip!

That sounds like fun for your cruise! A September logo for clings, etc sounds like a great idea!

I know...I'm worried about mickeymouseclubhouse (20 letters long!), what was I thinking with such a long screen name

Maybe just MMClubhouse?

:thumbsup2 I thought we were the only long distance drivers on the thread! How long is your drive? It usually takes us about 18 hours with stops ...

I can't wait to get a button too! I've got a button maker here at work though, so I may make a bigger one for the stroller and just wear the smaller one on my bag...Those are just too cool!

Does anyone know if the magnetic dry erase boards will hold on the doors at Kidani Village? I think that's a really great way to interact with other guests (and all the family members that will be heading off in other directions!)

We are driving down also. It sould take us just over 10 hours. I was wondering how many people are going to be driving.

Were driving this year too. This is the first time we have driven to Disney since 2006. It takes us about 18 hours too. I like the drive and then we can stop and see a few sites on the way home.
