I found some pictures of her Splash Mountain. She also made a swimming pool for all the animals another day.

I love those!!

The only time we've ever stayed on property, it was just DH and I so no toys in the room to play with!

It's just DH & I this trip. But we're planning on purchasing a Disney pillow pet for our DD, a stuffie from Universal Studios for our DD, and a Disney stuff for our DS. Our stuffies better get played with! :rotfl: I'm just a big kid. ;)

There are actually a few more of them on there now as well. Check it out. I love that site because they are all free! FYI: We also downloaded the Mickey horn (Disney Cruise Line) last year too if you are a DCL freak like I am! ; )
I have to admit, I used this ringtone for awhile before our WDW trip last April. It was hilarious to see people get a strange look on their faces when my phone would "ring". :rotfl:

Here's the DCL ship horn in case any other DCL lovers want it! Gotta share the magic! :wizard:

Where do you live in SC?? We vacation there every summer!! Wild Dunes Resort, Isle of Palms, SC is our "home away from home" for a week every June!! My dad and step-mom always rent a huge beach house and all 5 of us kids, along with OUR kids spend the week together out there! I actually look forward to the 16 hour drive every year, lol! It's such beautiful scenery and I LOVE going through the mountains!! We usually spend a day or two in the Smoky's on our way home too! I was JUST responding to another post on here saying my 2 oldest kids were born at Camp LeJeune, NC. We lived out there for 4 years while the ex hubby was USMC. LOVE, LOVE, LOVE the Carolinas!!

Thank you for the ring tones!!!

Yeah!!!!! So excited. We just booked for September 25-30th with dining at ASMusic. It will be myself, my husband, and our two kids.

Awesome! LOVE Charleston! We always head into Charleston a few times for dinners while we're out there! Usually California Dreamin', Charleston Crab House, Sticky Fingers, and sometimes one more depending on how the week goes! Those are the family favorites though! We ate at one or two other places on Charleston Bay, but I can't remember the names....they were good though! Any other suggestions? :upsidedow

By the way, a co-worker of mine (fellow Paramedic) just got hired on at Georgetown County Fire Dept. which I guess is just north of Charleston!? He officially starts out there April 11th! He and his fiance found a nice place to live about 8 blocks from the beach in Myrtle! I'm sooo jealous!!

Becky - those pictures are great!

I am going to have to click on all those links later. I love the enthusiasm on this thread

Here is how I am going to make a pin book. (Bear in mind that I know how to sew and have a machine! :o)

So, I am going to order some sheets of felted craft wool. (I like the texture better than the poly stuff). You can buy it all over the web like here: http://www.ericas.com/fabric/woolfelt.htm

I am going to take about two sheets per book and trim them down til they are about 12 by 6 inches. Then I plan to applique a black micky head and my children's initials on the front and then stitch the sheets together down the middle. After that, I will fold them together like a book and stitch down the front side next to the seam to hold the pages in book form. I will take pictures once I start the project if people are interested. (I just need to order the felt in the colors my kids prefer.)

Since it's a book I don't plan to make the books washable and you can trim the felt to any size or shape because felt doesn't ravel. (It's a lovely fabric to work with!)

Try the Charleston Market, if you have't already, good shops! Charleston Candy Co has AMAZING CANDY get a carmel apple ;) OOO and the Noisey Oyster is pretty awesome too!! There are a couple of fish shacks I'll have to rack my brain for that are right off the pier that are good too!! I can't wait to go back!!!

Temps are in the 30s here in Chicago with snow flurries. Yuck. I so wish Spring would just get here and stay! This has been one of the worst winters here...with the Blizzard of 2011 and the sheer amount of snow we have had

I've got to think warmer thoughts :beach:

I know we are in Maine and we are getting snow again today. Last week in was in the low 70's a couple of days. Know were back to winter. Yuck.

Welcome to our Setpember thread> It's sort of a little family.

Ok, one more ringtone that REALLY puts me in the Disney spirit!! The Mickey wake-up call!!!!http://www.phonezoo.com/ringtone/162138632/mickey-mouse.htm

Speaking of wake-up calls......I'm going to bed! Should've been in bed 3 hours ago, but got off work late and now I'm just too excited about vacations to sleep! :lmao: I'm gonna regret it later when I HAVE to wake up! ugh!

Thanks for sharing all those.

Well I got Pirates League reservations for the girls. I was a little disappointed with the time. I got them for the evening we are going to do MNSSHP the latest I could get was 210pm. So I'm keeping it for now. On the PL thread it states they have appointements til 700 pm on MNSSHP nights. Does anyone know if they will release more times and when? We didn't really want to get to the park til 4p have CP dinner at 430 and then do PL after or at least not til 330 pm.

I don't mind wasting a park day since we have a extra or 2 since we are doing TL one day.

Maybe once the MNSSHP dates are officially released from Disney they'll open up the later times for the PL? I'm sure if you keep checking back you'll be able to find a time that you like better! :wizard:

My girls are on Spring break next week...hoping for some warmer weather so we can enjoy some outdoor activites. Maybe the zoo or botanic gardens?
