We are going Sep 17th - 24th, AsMusic Family Suite, DH DS (age 2.5) and me! This is our 1st trip as a family to WDW, it will be great!
So we (DH, myself, & DS 4) are offically booked for Sept 7th thru the 13th at ASMu which I have nevered stayed, but I have been thinking about upgrading to CBR but have to wonder if it is worth the 500 bucks. DH and myself are not big eaters so the upgraded dining plan doesnt really matter to us. Any suggestions????

Just started my first grad school classes...2 eight week classes. Its gonna take a lot getting use to. Its hard to work on the computer all day at work, come home do school work on the computer and other reading,,,and still have energy to get on the dis boards! But I'm finding a balance!
Can't wait to see Pirates, I think we're going next weekend when we have more time...got birthday parties near Madison tomorrow and a baby shower in Milwaukee Sunday! run run run!
Hope everyone has a great weekend!
Alice stayed with her grandparents tonight and we got to see Pirates! It was really fun and better than the last one, I thought.
Enjoy your visit to my town!

I struggled with this also big time. I have swithced back 2 times now. Started at pop went to CBR and back to pop. 2 Times!!
The first time it was for the pool at CBR. Then the second time we thought we would upgrade the plan then it made sort of since. But after getting Adr's and not being able to really get what we want for times. Since we have a PL reservation and the night we want to do MNSSHP there wasn't alot to choose for time slots. I just called back yesterday and went back to pop with the QSDP. While we love the character meals the adr's for us become a problem. We are there for 10 days and never had a problem with the QSDP. I love the Turkey cabbita sandwhiches at the pop foodcourt.
I have stayed at all level and actually really like POP Century. I have never stayed at the ASMU. So I cannot comment on that. But when thinking of upgarding to CBR. When we were doing it for the pool when I thought about it seemed silly since we are going to TL or BB for a day anyway.
Oh maybe we'll see you on our way outOur ressie is at 9:10, which stinks, but it's the only one I could get for that week at all. Hoping more opens up before we leave!![]()
We'll see you there! Is that ressie for Sunday the 25th? (Only assuming bc our tickers match). We also will be at Tusker House than, our ressie is for 8:15!
Hi Everyone! Been gone for almost two weeks I had a lot to catch up on!
My husbands mother had a cousin pass away so we had a trip to St. Louis on the 9th and then got home and settled and got news that my husbands grandmother (his dad's mom) had a heart attack and she passed away this past Tuesday so another trip to St. Louis. Been a hard two weeks. Glad to be home tonight and getting into my own bed.
Now that we are home and I know that this summer is going to be difficult as we go thru grandmas house I'm thinking it would be good to do an upgrade to PORS. It really doesn't add that much to our trip as we paid to upgrade to table service anyway.....it sorta evens out...in my mind.
Anyone stay at PORS? What do you think? It kinda looks like it will be a little more quiet and relaxed then POP. And we will probably need that come September.
Sorry about your tough couple of weeks. My dad had a heart attack on Thursday....he is struggling. He already had a triple bypass years ago so I don't really know what they plan on doing
Anywayon a happier note....we stayed at POR a few years ago and loved it!!!!! This year we are staying at POFQ, this will be our second time there. They are both equally good, I just like that PORQ is smaller..everything is so close.......we are always dashing to the bus

So sad.Oh heavens guys. Joplin is leveled and 89 people are reported dead so far. My husband's family is south of there in Fayetteville and we are a few hours northeast in Jefferson City. One of my organizations' agencies is located in Joplin and they haven't been able to locate all their staff yet.
Worse yet, more storms are pounding the area right now. I want to think about something else, but so much bad is happening today.
I am truly grateful that this is not impacting *my* family but my heart bleeds for those who are. I am also humbled by the fact that many Community Action Agencies in Missouri (and in other states like Arkansas and Kansas) have checked in with us (we are the statewide network) to see how they can help get relief to Joplin.
It's going to be a very long next few weeks, but not as long for us as for them.

Hope you locate your friends and your FIL heals quickly.Oh no! That is awful about the Disers we lost. It is Heart Attack week here though.. yeesh. my FIL is recovering from Quadruple Bypass surgery last Friday. Slow going but thanks to God he is still here. Our church is getting things together to send to Joplin and we have some friends we are trying to locate there... so sad. Nothing else to do but wait and think of happier things, like our upcoming trips!
