I've been trying like crazy to get into Le Cellier on Sept 21st, anytime before 7pm (lunch or dinner). I can trade 5:20p at Teppan Edo if anyone needs it. Please let me know if you are going to cancel on that day!

Ok...here is my story....I originally had plans to go in the middle of September and now we are going in the begining of September. Long story short I had to give up my Le Cellier reservations....But I managed to get September 6-5:00pm 4 people reservations....But I really need it for Saturday, September
5th anytime.....So who is willing to trade......

I need Chef Mickey's on 9/20 around 7:30 for 2 and Whispering Canyon 9/21 around 6:15 for 2. I don't have anything to trade. My sister and nephew decided to join us and I at least want to get them in their at the same time as us even if we can't sit together!

I have a 7:55pm ADR at CRT on 9/19 for 6 people, but I don't think that my 18mos old will make it until then. Anyone willing to trade for something earlier that day, like from 3pm on?

Or is anyone willing to trade for any CRT ressie on 9/26? This is DD's 6th b-day and she would love to eat in the castle. I have a 8:45am ADR at CP for 6 people that day that I could trade also.

I called Disney Dining twice today trying to transfer an ADR to someone else on these boards. Both CMs told me that they cannot change the info on the ADR (I had asked to change the name & resort resv #). I asked about cancelling the ADR & immediately re-booking it for the other person, but they said there was a good chance someone else would get it first (especially since it was a Chef Mickey's ADR) as they have 700 agents at Disney Dining.

Has anyone else had this problem?

Last year, I picked up a trade via these boards without any problems. The original owner of the resv called Disney Dining and switched the name, phone number, etc on the resv... then gave me the confirmation. But, I guess they can no longer do this. ??

I hope someone out there is just dying to have a character lunch, but could only get a dinner reservation. If they were other characters, that would be ok. We're 4 adults, but we love Chef Mickey's and Crystal Palace and have reservations at both. We're just really not into JoJo's Circus and Little Einstein's. I have posted this several times and looked at the lists of everyone's ADR's and I keep calling CRO and looking on line, but nothing yet. You're the only other person who has posted about eating at H&V on the 29th. Where is everybody? Have fun at breakfast.

Boo hoo Mickeyshouse and I just tried to do a cancel and pick up. I called and cancelled and he was right online trying to pick it up at the same time. When he told me he couldn't pick it up, I even tried calling and picking it back up, but nothing. So be careful everyone if you're doing trades. Sometimes it doesn't work out. Now I have no Le Cellier and poor Mickeyshouse has no dinner on the night he wants. Sorry carol-lamb. I was trying to work out a trade for you, too!

Each resort only offers a limited number of rooms that will be included in any promotion.

Try another resort or keep calling for the one that you currently have.

Yeah - I'm worried about doing it that way too. The person that might give me their reservation said that they would just call and switch. I told them Disney might not let them to it that way. I've personally never tried to do it, but I just had a feeling that Disney wouldn't allow switching names on a reservation because they want to make it fair for everyone. I'm hoping to work out another way. I would think it would work if the current reservation holder just gives the new person the name the reservation is made under and the confirmation number and then you just give the name when you check in. I have read that might not work though if the original person wants to make a different reservation for the same time and the system will not allow double bookings.

I don't know - it's just getting to be so difficult to get into the popular restaurants. I'm going to adopt the attitude that if it works out, good - if it doesn't - it certainly isn't going to ruin my trip by any means. There are lots of other very good restaurants at Disney. But I was hoping for some delicious cheddar cheese soup!!

People do trade ressies all the time through the dining line. I would think that best way to go about it is to tell them someone else in your travelling party, another family member, will be taking the reservation.
