September 2008 - Who's going?

Hi our family will be a POP with free dining Sept. 3 thru Sept. 10.

We are staying at all star music in the family suites from sept 8-12th. We are from pittsburgh.

We're not leaving until Sept. 6th. I'm having my DH get the 'BIG' suitcase down so I can start packing. I've already pre-washed some of the new clothes we are going to wear. I don't want them to get mussed so I'm going to pack them with a clothes sachet, rain scent. I'm also getting out various totes and coolers. I also bought a hanging shoe caddy for the toiletries. (Idea from a fellow DISer.) I've started putting things in it too!

Am I the only Sept. DIS freak here?

We are at POR for the same dates but my parents and sister and brother in law will be staying at POP at the same time!

ME too! Started to get organized this weekend and we leave the day before you!

ADR's at Boma for Breakfast and Crystal Palace for Dinner.
1st time for MNSSHP!!!
Main reason for picking this time of year is Food and Wine. We've had good luck with crowds,ect going the 1st week-end of F&W.

We will be there from Sept 5th-Sept13th. Even more exciting since this will be the first trip for our son (5) and daughter (3).

I dont want to wish away our summer BUT I am desperately wanting to go on this vacation already.

I'm going the exact same dates as you are actually. I'm a little concerned about the crowds, since it seems the Free Dining is tipping the scales a little more toward the moderate side of things recently. You've been down before during this same time? Could you give me an idea what to expect? I've only been to Disney twice, once after Thanksgiving, which I thought was manageable, but not fantastic, and once at the end of August, which was far more crowded than I would have loved.
