I went 2 years ago during free dining and it wasn't busy. I still think there will be cancellations. I don't think many people do the dining plan in general on their own dime - therefore there are not as many reservations during other times of the year. So - I'm speculating that it will still be a slow time of year even though all of the restaurants are booked. This is a little ot, but is it gona be really busy during September, I mean im getting in on the last day of free dining, but I was hoping to go during a slower, time and when i booked I didnt even know they were giving free dining, is it gona be crowded, should I be prepared for large crowds and long waits in line for rides?

am cancelling kona sept 23 7:40 party of 4 right now
also Raglan Road Sat setp 20 8:45 on hold right now so if someone wants it call right away
Thanks...i just got your Kona! Anyone else looking for Kona the 23rd, I cancelled our 8pm, party of 4.
I have been the last 3 years and have notice that the restaurants are packed and the parks are not crowded at allI think the longest wait we had was Soaring 20minuts
You need the person's information: First Last name, # in party, how many of whom are children and their ages, telephone, hotel and arrival date and if on dining plan. The person with the existing reservation has to be the one to call and change it. Hope this helps.
We were there last year, 8/30 - 9/10 and through the Labor Day week-end it was packed!
The Monday after LD, it was awesome, even at MK! During the day, we even had many times DS & DH just walked on, or had very little, wait during the day for the "big rides" (towards evening/late afternoon it got much busier).
I imagine the parks will be very busy at the time we (and I am guessing you by your banner) are there. We just recently changed the # of days we are staying (14 down to 9). I am trying to change around our itenerary, as we are no longer doing the Water Parks/Disney Quest... we are doing all Park days. I cannot get a dinner or breakfast ADR in any park (for the days that were to be occupied by WP/DQ and are now theme park days).
Use Fatspasses where you can if it is busy! That is our basic plan! While I do not ride rides, DH & DS do and will utilize the passes.
Have a wonderful trip, it is truly a magical place!![]()
HI
I am looking to get LTT for anyday between 9/13 and 9/21. My son had a heart transplant last year and we want to celebrate his miracle with him there.
Thank you,
Jaime
I too have been the last 3 yrs and the while the restaurants are packed, the parks are not so bad. It has gotten a little more crowded each year, but still WAY less crowded than other times of the year!! I grew up very close to the WDW and as a local (or previously a local), I still will go in Sept!!!
Ok, I have a couple of more that I am going to cancel tomorrow.
9/18 Crystal Palace 5:10 Party of 5
9/19 Ohana 5:00 Party of 5
9/24 Prime Time Party of 5
