Your budget looks good. Do you usually figure everything on the high end? I do. That way I KNOW I will have enough. Here is what I have so far. Can you think of anything else?
1.Souvenirs & misc. food $200.00 (already have that saved)
2.Food/drinks for the room $30.00 (grocery stop in FL)
3.Alcohol $200.00 (sounds like a lot but at $6 - $10 a drink, it adds up quick!)
4.Kids club $30.00
5.Sea World (food, souvenirs) $50.00 (free tickets)
6.Rental car $125.00(maybe)
7.MNSSHP tickets $80.00
8.Refillable mugs $30.00 (if we get 2)
9.Photo Pass CD $50.00 (splitting the cost with Lori)
10.Pay Mom for plane tickets $250.00 balance (before I had my new CC! lol)
11.Hotel in Tucson $75.00(because our flight is at 6am and Tucson is about 90 minutes from us )
12.Parking $FREE (if we stay at the hotel that allows free parking)
13.Pet Sitter $50 - $75

SHOOT...I forgot about a pet sitter but I will get off easy at about 15$
Not sure if I will get a new mug or use the old one LOL
I wasnt going to get the CD till I get home and have time delete those I dont like so not really an expense I think???
We are not big on alcohol, maybe 2 drinks total.
SHHH...dont tell I already have snacks packed (well not packed but stuck in my Disney box)

If you plan on getting a bunch of pictures, the CD actually turns out to be cheaper. I just got pictures last time, but this time I plan on really taking advantage of the Photo Pass!!! I am not big on alcohol either. I know the $200 makes me sound like a lush but I would rather be safe than sorry. I like getting a beer at Rose & Crown and there are quite a few drinks I want to try at World Showcase. We'll see. I make big plans, but will probably have just a few. I am thinking about buying a few things here and there before we go. If I can work the expense into my normal grocery budget, I won't notice it as bad!

Sadly, I do not see any matches for my ADR's for when we are going! I am getting excited cause the final payment has been made and I am just awaiting all the disney stuff to come in the mail!!! Can't beat $1100 bucks for 2 people with Dining, Park Hopper, and Water Park options!!!!! Plus the $300 bucks for 2 airline tickets non-stop doesnt hurt!!!!
Is there still a meet at the pool going on everynight???

Sounds like you got a good deal for sure!!! To my knowledge there is not a formal meet every night. Some of us though will be down there most nights with our kids who love to swim! Include me and my roomie in that bunch!!! I think we have "official" meets on the 13th, 15th, and 22nd!

When was this posted??? I thought that it was the 16th? I knew that I was able to make the 13th party but I thought the next one was the 16th when we check out?? If this is true, that is cool, I get to party another night with everyone.

I am rejoining the workforce, being a SAHM for the past seven years. I've been offered the Admin. Asst for our boys school . Don't think they will be too thrilled but I am cranked! Downside, having to vac during school breaks , hmmmmmm maybe not such a good idea after all .

I haven't done any packing or budgeting yet (to scared to do that second thing ). The airfare is pretty much the same cost as our Disney package and we got the airfare at a really good deal! International flights are a bugger.

OMGOSH....Did everyone see that????? Look at my siggy. I think it said 74 more days till Disney. I thought that it was 3 and a half months still away. (Yes, I have been slacking on counting every day). I'm now just over 2 months away. I'm so excited.
Although I have some bad news.... He's my situation. We are leaving here the 7th of September and driving down. We check into POP on the 9th. Now we stay there for a week and check out the 16th. Now...this is where things get crazy.
we check out the 16th....but we were going to drive down to the keys and stay there for a week. BUT now I thought that I would look at a price of a cruise rather than going to the keys.
If we go to the keys we are looking at about $900.00 for the week there. That is gas, food, and hotel. Now if we go on a 4-5 day cruise we are looking at $1500.00 for the 5 of us to go.
so "A" do I splurge and go on the cruise? BTW-it's a Bahamas cruise. Or "B" stick with just going to the keys. Then if we go with the cruise should I add another night on my package at POP for the 17th? The boat sails on the 17th and we are supose to be out of POP on the 16th. I think it sails about 4pm.
I know, I make things so complicated.

Hi Everyone!

A little about us, we are a family of three- I am 30, DH is 33 and our son just turned 5. We will be pulling him out of kindergarten for this trip, but we are okay with that. This our 2nd trip. We stayed at ASMu last year. I cannot imagine staying offsite. We like ASMu just fine; had no problems or complaints really. Yes, the buses could be crowded, but they are free and air conditioned!

We will be arriving Sept 15. Our 11 yr anniversary is Sept. 14th. 12 hr drive from White House, Tennessee, if we make good time. We lose an hour because of the time zones. We plan on eating at the food court for supper when we arrive.

Wednesday the 12th - Arrive at 5pm - We're going to one of the parks for dinner...not sure yet.

Thursday the 13th - MGM (and the ToT meet!!!) and Fantasmic Dinner at Mama's

Friday the 14th - Crystal Palace for Bfast (with all buddies!!!) MK until we're pooped - then the water mice....then the MNSSHP!!!

Saturday the 15th - EPCOT , Garden Grill (maybe Coral Reef) and the Dessert Party!

Sunday the 16th - Animal Kingdom with a Boma dinner.... then DTD!!!

Monday the 17th - Typhoon Lagoon and then my BFF is heading home.... but Im still here another day!!! Any suggestions???

Tuesday the 18th - Any suggestions?!?!?
