We just booked our cruise yesterday and i'm so excited! My husband and I are celebrating our 2nd wedding anniversary and chose to do it on a Disney Cruise after hearing/reading so many great reviews. We are 28 and 27 years old... any other young couples without kids present?

DH and I were 28 for our last cruise and met other couples at our dinner seating. Have a great time!!

this will be hubby and my FIRST Disney Cruise. We've cruised before but that was before we had kids!
this time we are taking our two boys who are TWO and ONE.
we cannot wait!!

DD is also one, looking forward to seeing how she does on the seas.

Hi everyone! We (Lori, husband Matt, and daughter Madison) just booked last night. Madison will be turning 6 the day before Halloween, so we're looking forward to celebrating both her birthday and our first Halloween on the High Seas. We're also looking forward to sailing on the Fantasy for the first time. Our first Disney cruise was EB through the Panama Canal on the Wonder just before Christmas in 2012.

No one has mentioned a Roaming Mickey for this group. I am signed up for one on my Southern Caribbean cruise in October, so I do know what you are talking about.

From what I understand it is a large sheet magnet with a Mickey gnome on it that goes from stateroom to stateroom that have signed up to participate and it gets signed by each room and then goes back to the originator who takes it home and scans it back to all involved so everyone has a copy. At least that is how I understand it.

First time posting on Disboards but frequent visitor to learn all I can about Disney!

September 20th my family and I are taking our first ever cruise and making it a Disney cruise. We go to the parks every year but giving up the parks for the cruise. We're a bit uncertain if we made the right choice or not. I've heard nothing but good things but there's always that voice that's telling me we should have gone to the parks. We know the parks and what to expect. We know nothing about the cruises. My latest thing I'm stressing out about is the fish extenders. They look like fun but I don't know how to get involved in the FE fun and what to give without spending a ton of money. Is it too much to take on the first trip, especially when it's coming up so soon?

IMO, you made the right choice. We have done disney so many times, I stopped counting. We love it so def not complaining about it, but a Disney Cruise is soooo magical. You'll see...lol

I believe the FE exchange has closed for this cruise, but since this is your first cruise, just relax and enjoy. When you book your second cruise, which I know you will, sign up for that FE and start the planning.
