....and Krispy Kremes. They are at Topsider's in the morning. Had them almost every day on the 14 day cruise. Hmmmm, slobber, slobber, Krispy Kremes, Arrrrgggg(think Homer Simpson)

Where has everybody been all day? DM and I are bored out of our minds with no new posts to read! It's been at least 3 hours since someone posted. Can any one give us the skinny on Tropical Night? We didn't have a "normal" Disney Cruise last time. We were on the 7 night West Coast Mexican Riviera cruise. We thought we wouldn't even get pirate night. What else is going to happen for us on this cruise? What is tropical night? Is there anything else fun??

Tropical night is where they give out leis- and I believe there is a midnight dessert buffet, sometimes. They have bands come and play "tropical" music. However, I think that when you go to Mexico- this is changed to a Mexican night and there is a marichai (?sp) band. Unless they have changed it-last cruise I went on the 14 night to California from Florida.

Graduate school- I am researching how implementing sleeping protocols for stable ICU patients can improve their health and increase financial gains to the facilities by decreasing the length of stay in the ICU. We normally wake our patients up every 1 to 2 hours.....needless to say they don't sleep well and some of them get a little wacky. (ICU psychosis) I could go on and on- however I know this is only interesting to me- so I will stop now.

You'll get used to me posting about odd health topics(Right Peter & Scott)- While I was preparing for the 14 night cruise I was writing about mortality rates in Alaska.

Pet peeve of mine, Celeste. Nurse wakes you up to know if you were sleeping OK. She might say do you need something to help you sleep?

I agree with ya Mike, at least this time I have been told to expect to be checked every 4 hours for pain management.

Actually Celeste your projects are pretty interesting to me. Really. I keep thinking nursing would be a fun retirement job, just don’t want to put the time in for school. Done enough of that. Still holding out to be a greeter at Walmart. Actually there is a possibility of a new career for me after this next retirement. Would mean staying here in Wyoming for 4 more years, will have to wait and see. Will know by May.

Sorry EP we were busy finishing up a SCUBA class yesterday. One more pool session today and I can relax and get the shoulder fixed. Funny how good the shoulder feels when I am underwater.

Tropical night is where some of us guys wore our grass skirts. It was fun. I really think the crew got a kick out of our antics, like the jammie breakfast, grass skirts, scrapbooking, etc etc etc. I thought it was funny that they (DCL) added or tried to duplicate our activities. It was KEWL!!!!

I wonder if they were talking about the crazy lanyard people after we got off the ship in CA after the repo???

Just done updating the IPOD I took it to work and The Tech guy ..
on the pc downlaoded the 1500 songs I had put on it to the pc and added another 700 or so to it ...
Dont ask me how these guys do these things..

So everytime we some one with a Ipod we say hey what do you have on there.. We had the most songs by far..
Since I took every cd we had and loaded them into the pc . about 100 or so.
Hey I was laid off I had time..

Well know I have gone thru and got rid of some of the music Jenn & I do not like...
and still have about 2000 songs will hold 5000

I took a chance on Ebay and Got a dockng station with 2 speakers that can also run on batteries. so you can take it with you. has good sound for around the kitchen . and won it for a penny. open box but it works fine..
