Oh Lesley.. I am wayyyyyyyyyyyyyy too excited about this...I am finally going to meet you... Woohoo!!!!!!! and all the others here I have not met before..

Now about Jenn and Pete....Jenn went to high school with my first daughter in our small town.. I was a friend of her Moms when the kids were in school and went to her early birthday parties with my daughter. Her little brother went to school with my youngest, and he is such a sweetie as are Jenn and Pete... even though I did not let them buy my house when I moved from Wakefield...sorry guys..

So party on.....dude!!!!!!! We are there...

Marsha you will be happy to know that Chris and Erica Are also on this trip !! They are also going on a 7 day in January DCL and have probavly 5 or 6 cruises under there Belt All DCL..
They are also getting a New kitchen in there home very soon..

SSSSSSSHHHH !!!! I will inform Chris, Im sure he will be happy to See yA!!

Tink is a Great Person, and Was alot of fun to be with on another cruise last year..
We have Cruised with alot of These people Before !!!

and this will be tons of fun..

Just off the phone with DCL,(making a payment), the CM that I talked to, after a few probing questions, found that in the office they have posted signs...posters everywhere that read,"THINK ICE"
I don't know exactly what this means....are they hoping for a bitter winter.... or are they gearing up for an Alaskan Cruise in 2007?

And..... according to a very important CM that was on the Magic when we were there recently, told me that there was an inaugural cruise for 2007.

If this is true(hopeful)it will be a good reason for all of us to get together again.

Very Right at the bottom of the Ramp is indeed Nashua St. and I 93 is the ramp you can not See. off to the right of the Transit..

Scott If I gave you a Northing and Easting coordinate would you be able to figure that out ? for example N = 2957777.0897 E = 777123.4567

that is what we use on a daily Bases the ones above are some what made up but will get you in South Boston some where..

How long of a cruise do you think it would be to get the ship to Alaska.....3 weeks??????

Peter, My GPS mapping program does not have that data system in it, just the standard navigation ones.UTM LatLong and several other international scales.

I think it is pretty KEWL you are working on such a great project.

Tracy and you other lucky folks do enjoy Chicago. Wish we were closer.

I hope we can make a 2007 Inaugural Cruise. 2007 will be our retirement year and a return to Tanzania. We will see. Hope the cruise would be after June 1, but don’t count us out. I am pretty sure I could finagle something.

Open casting for extras for the sequels to Pirates of the Caribbean is being held November 19 in Orlando's Downtown Media Arts Center from 9 a.m. until noon. The production, starring Johnny Depp and again directed by Gore Verbinski, will be shot on Grand Bahama Island in January and February. Background Casting Director Thomas Gustafson says he's looking for all types of good male actors -- but ONLY male actors -- to portray pirates, military and Asian seamen.

Just got this from Deb’s All Ears newsletter. This is KEWL for us as our Sailing Dive trip will be departing out of Freeport on Grand Bahama on Feb 11. Might just have to sail over and check it out. I'll tell them Jason Serel sent me

Also we are only 80 miles from CC so might try to get the coordinates for the sunken sub outside of the break water. Will have to see which way the wind is a blowing.

I called to confirm today with DVC. They asked if anyone had any food allergies....said the party would last about two hours, make sure you bring the camera, enjoy the special member update AND there would be some special guests. Super excited!





I got rear ended this morning and still went to work. I'm currently laying in bed with back spasms. Tomorrow on my day off, I get to "take care" of car stuff. What a pain- literally.




I enjoy reading all of the posts with the GPS stuff. I always think of Scott when I see anything with GPS.

30 to 35 degree temperature swings are not good this time of year. 75 today- 45 tomorrow.

Scott I have a steet pilot III that I used every day until about a week ago. I now have a Garmin 320 street pilot mounted to the windshield. GPS systems are a god send. Saves a lot of cussing and fussing when my wife who does home health care for babies, gets new clients we can drive there with no problems. Mike

I know what you men about temperature swings....here it is supposed to be in the 60's today and tomorrow they say we may get snow ....we are also having some "wicked" wind.....upwards of 65 miles/h....very unusual for us for this time of the year.

2007 REUNION CRUISE... we can't go on the 11 day, so we're pulling for the 2007 reunion cruise for the May repro! Fingers are crossed!

Celeste: I hope you are feeling better. My DH was rear-ended almost two weeks ago. His car is totaled. So we are trying to make due with one car. We are still waiting for the other guys insurance co. to get back to us with a $ amount.
