Made it to Las Vegas, got a PADI Social to go to tonight. Pups are at the Puppy Hotel, living large. Staying at Circus Circus Campground in our Camper. A/C is nice.

The newsletter is fixed. I didn't need to make it into a PDF, I just changed all my fonts. I had someone check it and it is readable in IE now. Sorry for all the trouble. That's what I get for trying to get it done before leaving for the weekend. Oh well.

We met quite a few nice people through this board on our Mexican Riveria cruise and thoroughly enjoy the people here. You all are so organized. Just joking about the mp3/ipod thing.
Have seen pictures of the Disney Mix Stick. Chrome, Purple or Pink. I would prefer the Chrome. Supposedly, Disney is aiming this device toward "pre-teens". What does that say about us?
I still think that they plan to make money on the pre-loaded memory cards.

I'm staying with one of your Table 12 mates (Leslie) ...and meeting up with Renae (auntrenae)...we are attending a scrapbook show and the Food & Wine Festival at Epcot...it's gonna be a blast!!!!....

P.S. Based on your signature...did Tippy really not receive your postcard from Castaway Cay????? If so, would you like me to send one from WDW????

That's too bad about your postcards. We received all of ours except Cabo San Lucas 'cause I couldn't find the post office to get stamps!!!!!!

Although Tippy doesn't get too excited about mail these days....maybe she'll change her mind when she sees Mickey Mail!!!!!!!

Dive Show has been good getting training updates etc.

Nice party last night, with Eric Stone. Got to spend a little time with he and his wife. I like his music and his web site is www.boatsongs.com. I know Bob has checked him out.

I am resisting the urge to buy a tropical dry suit. Man o Man am I becoming a sissy.

Disney has a booth for the Living Seas, and their related programs. Sadly, I do not think they are putting on a very good presentation. Four people at the booth, one CM is dressed nicely and doing a good job. The others are in jeans and un-tucked polo shirts, sitting down, cold personality, Maybe they had been up all night and setting up the booth. They had the Gen X employee attitude. Best said, they were not acting as if they were on stage. To me, such an attitude and Disney are at opposite ends of the spectrum. I think many of us here have an expectation associated with the name Disney, and we are surprised when those expectations are not met. We will see if it is different today, and throughout the week.

Looking for other fun places to go and dreaming of the Islands around St Somewhere.

Looking forward to WDW in Dec. Looking forward to the Diserthon, Looking forward to meeting you wonderful folks and seeing old friends. How KEWL!!! WILL IT BE!!

It is a nice 59 degrees this morning, made the morning run very comfortable. Used the GPS to track out a .75 mile course here at the Circus Circus camp ground, what a geek

Hey Scott - did I mention that it was hot! (but only on one day - the rest were just about perfect - the best weather of the 4 events I've done)

Georgie - After 8 days on a bicycle seat, I was very happy to not have to get back on the seat on day 9. My bike and I are taking separate vacations for a few weeks.

Actually, one of Leslie's BS's is in Biology (Don't ask, she is kind of intelligent). She also teaches an Anatomy and Physiology class here at a local college. She could be of some help.
