My last job had me traveling the country about 40 weeks a year. And there were a couple of times, when I woke up in the hotel, where I called down to the front desk to ask what city I was in.

Glad that job is in the past!

When we were in field service. I used to be in Atlanta airport and forget whether we were headed north or south.

Have to run and get dressed and finally start my day. Love this being retired. Still getting used to being able to do things on MY time. :cheer2:  :cheer2:  :rotfl2: :rotfl: :lmao:

Catch you all this evening.

Congrats to everyone who has gotten their documents!!! :thumbsup2

The storms here have been really, really bad. I didn't dare turn on the computer until a few minutes ago.....then you guys made me cry !!! :sad1:

OK - I thought I was caught up and had a pretty good handle on what was going on here but, as usual - clueless in Cadillac .

Got to share a Build A Bear story with you.

My friend's daughter was potty trained, but still wore pull ups at night. They wanted to get her away from it so they told her that if she wore underpants for a certain amount of time, daddy would take her to Build A Bear to pick out what she wanted. When they told me the story, it was a couple days before they were going. All of a sudden, her dad though of something and said "now after we go to Build A Bear, you can't go back to pull ups you know." I piped in "yeah, if you do, the Build A Bear comes to my house!!"

She looked at me and said (with her hands on her hips) "Nooooo, Tracy." I said why not and she replied "They are not going to move the store to your house!!" :lmao: :lmao:

I'm guessing Celeste doesn't have documents.

So after I got the nerve to turn the computer on with the storms, I found that the donation ferry had made a few trips over to my website for the upcoming race. I was in shock when I saw how kind & generous my disfamily had been. A few thank yous are in order:
Thank you Gail, Cheryl,Vickie, Kay, Ivan,& Linda!!!!!!

Thank you everyone!!! Thank you so much!

It takes a lot to make this girl cry!!!

Now, I better get back to the books or I'll be crying in a different fashion! :teeth:

:lmao: :lmao: NO, NO, NO...it's not that, but I'm sure you've figured that out by now :lmao: :lmao:

But I do wish I had my documents- probably with the TA. I don't mind late documents when I get a nice on board credit from the TA :teeth:

:lmao: :lmao: That is so cute. The closest stores to me are two hours away.

The first time I found one was up in Papa's neck of the woods at Opry Mills. That was the trip that started it all. :lmao: Then they put one in Destin where we vacation at least twice a year and now I have a family of 9 build a bears. Just a slight obsession. God help me though if they open one in Huntsville. :lmao:

Kids are great! We got animals for two of our grandsons and once they saw what grandma and grandpa had for Chewy Too they wanted more for theirs. Now every time we see them they want to know when we are going to take them to a store. Of course it is never a problem for me to go. Guess I am a big kid at heart. I would like to get a girlfriend for Chewy Too but DH just looks at me like I am  and I can see the dollar signs going through his head. :rotfl2: :lmao: :rotfl:

Chewy Too definately deserves a girlfriend. Doug can't expect Chewy to live without a woman in his life can he? Don't all men know they need women to keep them in line? :lmao: :lmao:

Scott, she may pick you up, but will she stop at the first TIKI BAR and let you get a Margarita? :rotfl2: :rotfl2: :rotfl2:

I doubt it as she will be rushing to get back to work. Sadly here I sit in a Crown room and can not drink, Alcohol that is. :guilty:
