ButterTarts?

Bob....they are heaven (ask Leslie...she'll tell ya!!!!).....I'd offer to bring some to you but with all the flight restrictions...they would be confiscated!!!!

I consulted with my chef (aka Mom) and here is Mom's description of a buttertart:

It's raisins and walnuts in a butter, brown sugar and corn syrup sauce that baked in a tart shell...

Here's a picture of some of the butter tarts my Mom made at Christmas time....

PIT - Jon Bon Jovi looked very good. Was a little political but otherwise good...

What do we have here in Canada that you don't have in the States?.....ummmm....ketchup potato chips, buttertarts (yum), pure Canadian Maple Syrup, real Labatts beer, real Molson Canadian beer, and Mom says Canadian cigarettes are soooo much better than American cigarettes...I will have to take her word for that one....of course Mom hasn't smoked for a while now....

I hate it when entertainers spew their political views anywhere and everywhere they can. Don't they know that if we wanted a political view we would ask a politician? I want entertainers to entertain me, not enlighten me with their views on world events I still love Bon Jovi though.

Ketchup potato chips sound interesting....Pure Canadian Mple Syrup sounds YUMMY, as do buttertarts-although I don't know what they are, and I'll try any kind of beer, I wouldn't try the ciggarettes though, I quit 5yrs ago and never looked back

I have been hungry and crabby today. And guess what? As we speak the transmission is going out on this truck!!! Can you believe it? A little over 10,000 miles and it's broken down. We are currently on the side of the freakin' road. This is NOT GOOD This could hurt

hurt as in ouch?

We are rollin' now. It just has an automatic trans and it's grinding REALLY BAD as it changes gears, but we figure who cares!!! We're making it to Franklin to deliver this flippin' load and then to the Volvo in Milwaukee if it's the last thing we do. Hopefully they can get it fixed fairly fast but that means a major loss of miles for the week for us=loss of $$$

Thanks! We are trying to milk it until we get to delivery so we can atleast get paid on these miles but I don't know if we'll make it. At this point I'll take all the pixie dust ya'll can throw at me
