Jackson to Rock Springs and back. Hey there is a canyon filled with RV's. Saw some wild horses and did stop in Flying J, those are dinkly mugs at least I was on the clock.

Elaine, I had a Strawberries and Cream today and thought of how unfair it is for you not to have this in Canada. That got me wondering, What do you have that's good in Canada that we don't have in the states?

I did not mind driving across Wyoming. (from yellowstone to SD)
but what killed me was driving across Nebraska. Have done the trip across SD in one day too.

I hate Nebraska (driving across, not the state itself) I drove from Lexington,NE (exit 237) to the I-80 truck stop in Iowa today
Math alert
Since Nebraska has 454 miles then I drove 217 miles in NE
And since Iowa has 306 miles and I drove 278 miles in IO
SOOOO......I drove 495 miles total today. I can legally drive 682 so not too shabby

Courteous Drivers

Hey, as a Professional Driver, I would have to....Probley agree. I get the finger ATLEAST twice a day. Don't they know this thing only goes 65mph?

PIT - Jon Bon Jovi looked very good. Was a little political but otherwise good...

What do we have here in Canada that you don't have in the States?.....ummmm....ketchup potato chips, buttertarts (yum), pure Canadian Maple Syrup, real Labatts beer, real Molson Canadian beer, and Mom says Canadian cigarettes are soooo much better than American cigarettes...I will have to take her word for that one....of course Mom hasn't smoked for a while now....

Did you see the mammoth mugs? White with red top, holds over a gallon?
We see wild horses on 80 near evanston occasionally. We got stuck in Rock Springs for 12 hrs due to snow once. All I could scream was get me outta here!

Now ya know why I drove down and back...it's a nice place to drive through...quickly..

There is also a Buffalo herd over by Elk Mt. that is pretty rare to see. I ocassionally make the Jackson to Cheyenne trip 435 miles.

I guess it is all in your perspective...I think Canada has the most aggressive drivers...well at least here in Ontario....I found the first time I drove to Florida that the drivers all along the way were very courteous except when I reached Orlando and then it was back to road rage and the "you're not getting in front of me" attitude of drivers and then I realized it was probably all the Canadians in rental cars!!

Ah, but how many people sailed on the 04 10 day christmas cruise. I know we did, and DPD did a little SURVIVIN' on that cruise that I still haven't forgotten I even have her in my vacay photos and I've never met her!

We were also on the 10 day Xmas cruise in 2004.
