FYI
For anyone who has not made plans yet or has just added on to this cruise, there are 6 spots available on the
Thriller Turtle & Shipwreck Snorkeling Adventure in
Barbados.
Currently the tour is set to depart @ 12:00 pm but if we can fill the 6 spots then we can adjust the start time earlier in the morning, perhaps 10am or so which will give us more time in the afternoon to check out the town, the Boat yard or other local beaches or some of you have expressed interest in visiting Malibu Rum!!!
Tracy and a few friends as well as the pirate clan from Cucamonga will be joining you so this could be an all
DISexcursion
Here is the info provided by the tour operator...
btw, for those with smaller children, they did not charge us for the 2 1/2 yr old so that could be an added benefit
PM me if interested

Thriller Ocean Tours
Our Turtle and Ship Wreck tour is 3 1/2 hours long, we take you along our islands golden coastline to the Turtle Cove where you can snorkel with the endangered sea turtles and watch as they are fed. From there, we then make our way south to the Historic Carlisle Bay which has crystal clear water and wonderful white sand. This snorkel spot is intriguing as you can snorkel over 2 large sunken ship wrecks with schools of colorful tropical fish. Then its off to your 3rd stop at one of Barbados most beautiful beaches.
We now offer on this tour an additional NEW Snorkel stop our "Coral Reef Snorkel"
Snorkeling gear, snacks, refreshments soft, beer and rum punch are included.
The tour is $45.00 U.S. per adult and $30.00 U.S for Children 12 years and under.
Directions to our boats Gunner Too & Thrill Seeker:
As you exit the cruise terminal, ask for the Bridgetown shuttle which cost only $2.00 U.S. per person. This will take you to Broad Street, which is the main street of Bridgetown our Capital, there are many stores if you need to do some shopping.
There are lots of taxis at the cruise terminal & they charge $3 U.S. per person to take you direct to the Waterfront Cafe in Bridgetown, this might be the easiest way.
If I were you I would just take the taxi direct to the Waterfront Cafe & our boat is in the water by this popular cafe. (Don't worry you can't get lost it's a really small town)
We need you to be at the boat 15 minutes before scheduled departure, the boat is located in the Careenage in the center of Bridgetown, opposite the Parliament Buildings. Take a short walk across the bridge with the arch and we are on the right by the popular Waterfront Café.
Additional Info
You can pay when you get to our boat Visa, Mastercard credit cards, travellers checks & of course cash whichever you prefer at the time.
Not sure if you are ealy movers in the morning but if you wish to come to our boat & see where it is & familarise yourselves with the area you can then do a bit of exploring the shops in Bridgetown or walk over to the boat yard beach only 5 minute walk from our boat.
You really won't need a map once you get to our boat at the Waterfront Cafe you can ask anyone how to find the boat yard. The local are very friendly & it's a very safe island.
If you are interested in rum there is the Malibu factory & the Mount Gay Rum visitors center.
It might be your first visit to Barbados but I'm sure it won't be your last, so much to do & the water is agua marine color & the snorkeling is a blast especially the sea turtle stop.
If you have any other questions please do not hesitate contacting us again.
Hope we can make our Thriller Turtle & Shipwreck Snorkeling Adventure one of the highlights of your Cruise Vacation.
Best Regards,
