Oh yeah, Pushing me further than I would push myself is what it's about. She will be bringing a tems unit (sp) too. I have followed your suggestion about doing my exercises in the water. That has been very helpful. I get a better range of motion. Next MRI is scheduled for the 23rd. They will sedate me and inject dye into the joint. It has been rescheduled twice now. Oh well.

I like Captain crash's math alert's since I am so numerically challanged I find it interesting when people are in to statistics, logistics, etc. I'm actually beginning to miss CC's words of wisdom and colorful posts! I am now on Donner Pass (between reno and sacramento) and have no internet service. I can't even send this message until the flippin' light turns green again.

About the bowling alley in Reno, it has these really neat life sized bronze statues of kids bowling. Then they have an escalator that leads to the actual bowling alleys. Pretty nice set up. Lights green!
False alarm, went red again! Anywhowho, I am severely bored tonight as this is the last day of my workweek and tomorrow I get a day off! Movies and shopping on the books for tomorrow!

I was not sedated for my MRI with dye, consider yourself lucky, the dye injection SUX. I wanted to shoot the doc...

I think a TEMS unit is what I call estem, or electric stimulation of muscle, it really helped my recovery.

Sorry Leslie, just these goofy shoulder exercises.

The growth of your little ones is amazing, especially when you have taken the time to teach them how to use the remote control . . . . . unless . . . . .

You just get out the pool with the kids and everyone is taking showers, picking up from the day, getting ready for the bedtime . . . .

Then your six year old yells out "OH GROSS" really, really loud. You wander into the family room to see what the problem may be and on the televsion screen is a very naked man and women. The man just happens to be, well, lets say, anyway, he is doing something a six year old probably might not be ready to see! It wasn't necessarily making a baby, but part of the process! Anyway, this is going to be a long night of explaining in a round about way!

Dang HBO/Cinemax! Don't know which channel she turned it to. Probably quite the shock when she said she was looking House of Mouse!

I so did not need to hear that. I've had a number of MRIs over the years, and always struggle with them. I hate being in the tube - don't need to be sedated, but close.

So, Neurologist wants me to go have a new scan at a brand new 3-Tessla machine. And, for the first time, he wants it done with contrast. So, on Weds morning, I get to go have it done. Guess it is time for the anxiety to start kicking in...
