You are welcome to bring something if you like, Tracy is bringing cheese from Wisconson. We will provide crackers, chips, dips, maybe some summer sausage, and some fruit, as well as the paper plates and plastic ware and plastic glasses. Last time, Linda (Seaulater) brought girl scout cookies, but I don't think it is the season for girl scout cookies this time.

Celeste, you can get regular coffee at quiet cove, I don't remember any deals for using the mug, other than the first drink in it was free. They also have all those good teas. It is a nice metal mug, and of course, I always filled it with lattes.

I wonder if they will charge you extra for the yummy Mighty Leaf teas? I just had some of those the other night....if not maybe I will get one of those mugs.

A butter burger is not quite like it sounds. The butter is on the bun, not the burger. But the burgers are fresh made unlike some of the other fast food chains. And the custard is to die for!! They have been around here for about 20 years give or take. First one was started in Sauk City.

I made it through the half marathon....barely. I don't think I was drinking enough and started getting the chills & back pain during the last 3 miles, which took me and hour to finish because of the pain. Anyways....I finished and got myself a new pretty medal. When my camera comes home (it's in Indiana with Robb) I'll take a picture and post it- the medal is two sided & 3D.


I am hoping to have a quite week and I will try to keep up with the posts and posting. I'm going read a few more pages, take a hot bath, and go to bed.

This is a horrible picture taken with my cell phone by a stranger. I look a mess, but I did just walk 13 miles and then laid on the ground for a half hour....so much for my introduction to those who don't know me.

I really need to try that sometime. Just can't get the gumpsion to train that much. 5 miles is tops for me.

Decided to uncork a bottle of Southern White. Goes quite well with Hostess Chocolate Zingers....

You know my DH actually asked me if I was going to wear a crash helmet on the Banana?? I said where? on my butt?? I wonder if the Banana has a cup holder? Bob I was counting on you holding my beverage while I rode it.. now what am I gonna do??

I think that you will be on your own for an hour.
Meanwhile, been thinking about this. Might have to invest in a water-proof video camera. Live action is always more entertaining that stills.

which one are you doing? I've heard those diets aren;t really good for you, you lose the weight quickly but end up gaining it all back.....

(ha this post alone should be good for 100+ replies on different diets everyone has tried)
