We have a few recycled from our January '06 cruise. I need to make lots more though to be able to change them everyday. Maybe that's what I'll do today pirate:

Sandy
When did you cruise in January? We were there the 7th-14th.

Dan

January 21 - 28. We had a great time! We had actually booked a 7N Western for Jan 13 - 20, 2007 but cancelled it when we had a great opportunity arise for this one.

We had friends on the Jan 7-14th cruise. The Ciccone family.

Tracy are you going on a cruise before this one??? :goodvibes :goodvibes I seem to recall Leslie reacting to your plans. :rotfl: :rotfl: I just hope you guys get rested up on the first cruise cuz the second one will be pretty darn full of fun activities. :teeth: :teeth:

Rainy day here will be a movie day I think, starting with “Hatari” one of my favorites.

Ok so here is a question for discussion……

As some of our travels require us to travel very light, what are some souvenirs you procure when restricted. We did pins for a while, then for me I have collected patches from various places, small and light. Then when I get home I go to Walmart and buy a cheap ball cap and have Lynn sew it on. Got a hat for about $6-8 rather than the $15-20.

Anyone have other ideas to share.

True, but I'm sorry to report to all the dirty old men (and women) out there, that it *WAS* just a nap. And even if it wasn't, do you think I'd be telling you people about it?!? :rotfl2: :rotfl2: :lmao: :lmao: :rotfl: :rotfl:

Hi All,
Can you tell me what items you have shipped in the past? Have any of you shipped wine?
Look forward to reading your responses.

Yesterday I decided I had to figure out where to stay after the cruise, I was going to stay at the Dolphin/Swan, but I have read too many not so good reviews about them lately. :guilty:

The search was on..... Yesterday I found a 2br/2ba condo in "Cypress Pointe" for $89 Thursday, $99 Fri-Sat per night. :cool1: The resort reviews are great, on the dis reviews and tripadvisor. One point people were stressing is that it was "Clean"! Something you don't usually find in Orlando at this price point, it really does pay to go off-season. I have never stayed there but I really follow reviews, so if anyone is interested here is the website.

I wanted lots of room so we could all stretch out and relax....we are so tired when we get off the ship!! :cloud9:

How much wine are planning on shipping? We are driving down on Sat. morning and we would be glad to carry it for you, We could meet at the port or we are staying at POP CENTURY Sat. night. We should have plenty of room. Give me a PM or come by the 280 Package Store, I'm there every morning until 4.

Can't say as I blame you for wanting room to stretch out after the cruise. After 11 days, it gets a little too cozy. :crowded: :crowded: :crowded:

Personally, Vicki and I try to get into Pop Century whenever we can. We don't know what it is about that place, but everytime we walk in, it feels like home. I just love looking at the nostalgia in the cases at checkin. Plus it's cheap, usually quiet (if you don't get near the pool), and it's on property.

OOOO ....

I CAN'T WAIT ANOTHER 2 WEEKS!! I WANNA GO NOW!!!

:yay: :yay: :yay: :yay: :yay: :yay: :yay: :yay: :yay: :yay: :yay: :yay:

Elaine send me a photo

I will List it For You :goodvibes
Might as well have some spending money for the Cruise !!! :teeth:

Well folks, I hope you all have a FANTASTIC time. I can't wait to read the trip reports (anyone filing live?) as I want to hearabout all the great ports you are hitting. We are people who love Maui and St. Lucia looks like the closest place we could go that seems to have the same geography. So we are curious to hear about the island, the people, etc. Thanks in advance and Happy Cruising.

No clue. No rumors. Only rumor I heard of is why they are doing these in September -- Hurricane season. Fewer times in and out of Port Canaveral with the longer cruises. Also, hurricanes don't hit that far south in the Caribbean as compared to further north.
