Dan, Don't be too hard when Scott packs the bags. If my old mind remembers right, he packs 4 bags and you cut it down to 2.

Katie had a huge smile on her face today, as her uncle Mikey stopped by. Kathy was going to bed after working the night shift. Katie told Mikey, "Don't worry uncle Mikey, I will take care of you today." Pure love whenever she sees him.

Mikey has an English Bulldog that is about 8 months old and probably about 65 lbs. His name is Tank. He is almost wider than he is long. Not cute and cuddly like a Cocker. Mike

PS Katie is 4 years old.

OK, I think it's all finally figured out. Talked to DCL last night myself to ask if this would work for those with the DL APs and was told, "No, but if you have an AP it can work for you with your Fla res rate!" She tried to do it for me, but I have a TA, so she said I had to go through her. I made her check with her manager since my TA had been told no the night before. My TA called this morning, and we have $100 credits on two of our three rooms now! Sorry for the DL people -- makes no sense to me. APs are APs when it comes to Disney, I should think.

Thanks for the final info.! I will be calling my TA tomorrow!!!

Morning everyone!!!! TGIF!!!! Only 12 more work days until the cruise. Wow and I have alot of work to do.

You should be able to watch Gray's Anatomy on the ship, but who's going to have time to do that with so much going on? Plus, it's on during either dinner or the show isn't it?

If it plays while on the ship - I'll watch it if possible. But, like Celeste said - thank goodness for DVR's. I will have mine cleaned out before I leave.

Just checking in this morning! Yesterday was DH's birthday... ...he spent the most of the day working and then we had dinner with his mother at a very good italian restaurant.

Morning all! More great news from the ds16. He has tried out for a play (this is his 3rd year of drama, previous tryouts yielded no parts ) and got the part! Dh spoke to him late last night so I am not sure what play his drama club is doing but he sure is glad not to be a backstage guy anymore! He has 88 lines, which is HUGE for him! He drama class is also going to NYC spring break! Kevin groaned a little because he saw $$$$ but he knows this is a great opportunity for Alex. Alex started the phone conversation with "Dad, I FINALLY made it!" and Kev immediately knew what he was talking about, he has wanted this for so long. Just some great news with our family I thought I'd share.

On another note, ladies, tomorrow is Women's Rights Day. Can you we have only been able to vote for 86 years? I am woman, hear me roar...

We are now booked in a room at the Caribbean Beach Resort. Since we have to turn our truck in before vacay our crazy days are as followed:
Sept 14-arrive home and pack like crazy people
Sept 15- leave home @ noon and head to Chattanooga to turn our truck in,
spend the night in chattanooga
Sept 16-get up at the crack of dawn and head to WDW and make it in time for shopping and W&C meet
Sept 17- Paradise

Come on vacation!

Congratulations to your son!!! I am glad he is proud of his accomplishment and that his parents are too!!

Okay..back from fridge shopping...who knew there were so many models and prices ...we had to go with a smaller sized fridge because we didn't want to have to cut the cabinets that are currently above the fridge....got a great deal too!!!! The only drawback...they are so busy with deliveries that we won't get it until September 5th...but they do take away your old fridge....yippee!!! or if you're my Mom!!!!

That gives you plenty of time to put it on Ebay!!!

OK, I"m finally here for the late-late shift. ONly have about 45 mins before the boards go down.

Ugh ... was just very tired when I got home from work today, and took a nap with my wife ... 5 hours later I had to take the dog out! Now I'll never get back to sleep!

Considering cancelling May repo cruise and rebooking onboard.

NOPE! We did call our TA today though. She got them Yesterday and turned them around today. We should have them by Wednesday! I know we don't have to have them, as we can pick everything up at the port,

Tracy has been kind enough to volunteer to pay for ALL of our dinners on Saturday night before the cruise at Whispering Canyon. And Kevin and I have taken it upon ourselves to cover all meals between september 17th-september28th (minus cruise costs, alcohol, and gratuity of course) Please make your way to Whispering Canyon on Sept 16th at 9:40pm and when the bill comes, charge it to WINO TRACY

Kathy almost got her wish for a new kitchen this afternoon. I was making toast in the toaster and it must have gotten hung up as it fill the house with smoke. Guess what the smoke detectors work.
