Well...

... thank You on the 2,000th DIS posting... normally I'd have a prepared speech or somethin' ... but seein' as it's a holiday weekend and we've got nothing planned for a change... I wuz unprepared.

SO in lieu of a speech - how about some fireworks for my #52nd posting this day?

Okay, that was my late night entertainment! Well, I had better get some sleep! (Hey, where's that smilie with the zzz) I don't have anywhere particular to go in the AM, but my son will probably be up around 6am!!!

I will be heading over to the Citrus Winery tomorrow around 10am. I got your order Vicki for the wines. Of course, I'll taste a few more and probably bring home a few more. Then we will be heading to a BBQ in the afternoon!

Tracy, the Newsletter is wonderful. I can't tear myself away to even vie for a century post!

... it almost looks like I'm being ganged up upon! Well... not really! But - I can say I'd like to echo your compliments for Tracy on the wonderful newsletter! Great stuff and lots of time and love went into managing it! We can't thank you enough!

It's not steroids...

... it's the long holiday weekend with NOTHING planned. ZIp - no travel - no side trips - no nothing... SO here I am with a little time free to pile it up and post here and elsewhere on the web. Yeah - it's been one of those days! And a nice one at that. I took the kids swimming; picked up the neighbor kids from school and got them home. Hit the library and checked out a couple of Carribean Travel guide gooks and some software; and drove INTO the Valley to shop with my family for about 3 hours this evening. PLUS, I made lunch and dinner for the kids. SO - I did get a few things done while puttin' up what is gonna eventually be more than 60 posts here! Crazy....

Just wanted to wish my darling wife a happy 34th wedding anniversary. She worked last night at the hospital and works tonight. We will celebrate it on the cruise. She is my soul mate and the reason I wake up in the morning. She has to be wonderful to put up with me.
