Cruise list - interesting question Ken. I took some time yesterday to enter the cruise list into Excel and sort it by cabin numbers (so I can distribute gifts once onboard in a more logical "path" than the list would take me) and there are many names with no dis names as well as folks listed with no cabin number. I could not quite figure out how to broach the subject but you have opened the door for me. I can't deliver a gift if I do not know cabin numbers. Is it a security issue (and if so, my security has been compromised because my cabin number is on the list)?

I will be doing exactly that glindamood. I'll bring printed copies with me that will be available onboard.

A lot of people either don't know their staterooms yet (guarantees), or don't want them posted for security reasons. I have a few of those that I have not posted. As we get closer, I will be trying to run those down as well.

Well mine is not listed, but it is 6635, but it is going to change, so when it becomes final I will have Tony add it to roster.

Sunshine56 I sent you a Private message !!
Any luck ?

Tony, thanks for the updates on the roster. :goodvibes

Well guys, it has come to this. We are now withdrawing from this cruise. Steve is still in Iraq, and got his leave dates, and this cruise goes over by a few days. So, we re-booked on the 10 night. So, I'll be parking the boat for you guys to get on.

Sorry I wont get to meet everyone, but I've had fun making friends with you all. :grouphug:

So have fun. Think of us. And may you have a wonder-ful time. :wave2:

:Pinkbounc :Pinkbounc :yay: :yay: :dance3: :dance3: Made our final payment today!!!! :cool1: :cool1: :cheer2: :cheer2:

Can you tell I am excited? :rotfl: :rotfl: Now all we have to do is make the final decisions on the excursions. Bummer on the Jolly Roger. We were considering that. Guess we will give some serious thought to renting :moped: :moped: and seeing the island on our own.

Brandy and Sandy, so sorry to hear you aren't going to be with us. :sad2: You were just a few doors down from us and we were looking forward to meeting you guys. Have a great time on the 10 day instead. Brandy, tell Steve thanks so much for what he is doing for us over there. :cheer2: :worship: We really appreciate everyone over there.

I have noticed the same thing with the roster. It will be hard to know where people are for the :fish: extender contest if we don't have their stateroom numbers. I guess I am just too trusting  , I never worried about security.

Had my post op today and was told I was either amazing or didn't complain because I was having no problems. Told her it was a little of both. :rotfl2: :rotfl2: Two more months of no vacumming, etc. Wonder if I can get DH to do it? :lmao:

Where can I hear this? :sail: Morris where are ya? You all are up on everything :cool1: I thought I knew my JB.
Who said it was Buffett? :)

Scott H said:
Yes , I have. Pretty Funny and many a bits of truth, hey you can always sleep when you get home. Why are we in this swamp. Is it to be on the new album???
You can probably relate to the lines-
"They barely see the ground 'til the snow melts in June "
New album? Not as far as I know. PATEOW definitely will.

Well, we're off to Barnes & Noble for some research. Later.

Well mine is not listed, but it is 6635, but it is going to change, so when it becomes final I will have Tony add it to roster.

Peter, do let us know when you get the Walt Suite, and the date of the tour.

Sandy and Brandy, Total Bummer, do have a great vacation. Bet the other group doesn’t have a Grass Skirt Fraternity….

Bob, I thought it was JB… silly me, Wasn't it on "You Had To Be There" album? anyway there was talk on Radio Margarittaville Radio about an album this fall, recording in England.

Do let us know how the research goes.

Carol, I just finished vacuuming. Is there a category for us DINK’s (double income no kids)??

Here are the excursions we've (Stephen and Vicki that is) decided to do on the cruise:

St. Thomas - SNUBA (booked thru www.shoretrips.com) : 10am
St Thomas - Tramway for lunch and shopping (who am I kidding, Tramway for Bailey's Bushwackers :lmao: )
St Lucia - Cosol tour with krdisneybound and others
Barbados - Best Island Tour of Barbados (booked thru www.shoretrips.com)
Antigua - Eli's Eco Tour
St Kitts - Rainforest Hike (booked with DCL)

:thumbsup2

Harry in Michigan and I, as well as our friends Vanessa and Dick, are also booked for SNUBA on St Thomas at 10 am. Our booking includes passes to Coral World, too. We booked through http://www.visnuba.com/ and it looks like shoretrips is charging $14pp more for the same thing. Just thought I should let you know in case you want to cancel and rebook directly.

In St. Lucia, the four of us are planning to do the Pirate Extravaganza (through DCL) on the Brig Unicorn, although I'm having second thoughts after reading Linda's comment that it is "fun for kids"! (We won't have any kids with us.)

In Barbados, we are going to sign up for the 5 hour Silver Moon catamaran, snorkeling, swim with turtles tour, which is highly praised on cruisecritic.com.

On Antigua, we will probably go with a private tour (considering a couple of differenct operators) that will drop us at a beach for a couple hours after touring the island. If anyone is interested in joining us, let me know. From what I've read, the driver will take those who don't want to go to the beach back to the ship immediately after the tour and he will return to the beach to pick up those who choose to do that and return them to the ship later.

On St. Kitts, we are considering the scenic railway excursion through Disney, although I've been reading that the train often has problems, so we may reconsider and do something else. Not sure just what, yet.

On Castaway Cay, I plan to do the new sting ray excursion -- it wasn't there last time I was!

Spoke with Danielle today

There are 300 rooms still available - with 3 of them being suites - on this cruise. Of course at the 90 day mark, it is possible more will become available.

We went from a CAT 7 to a CAT 5 today also - and our room was changed. I will advise of the new room number when I return home from the cruise.

This 7 day cruise on the MAGIC is really awesome this time - so glad I did not miss it

CARS is being shown tomorrow three times during the day. All the kids on the cruise are very excited.

thanks Kay.

Wow

Someone tell me the total number of Staterooms on the Wonder ?

eight hundred and what ?

Hope that everyone had a good weekend!! Our weekends are busy. We have two grandchildren in Baseball, so there are games to go and see, then of course they want to come and stay at our house. (wouldn't have it any other way!!) :lovestruc I am trying to catch up with everything that is going on and saw something mentioned about not listing room numbers. Just wanted to let everyone know that our room number is not listed, but only because we do not have one yet. We booked a GTY 12 room and so far have not received a room assignment. I'm just hoping we don't have to sleep in the life boats. :teeth: Do you think if I make our final payment they will give you a room number?? Do they wait until you make your final payment to assign them? I tried to fix my green smiley tonight. Hope it works!!

You see, this guy know everything.
Yes, that song was on RM yesterday afternoon. Hadn't heard it for years. Yes it was on the "You Had To Be There" album. I don't have that album, so I'll have to go to one of the download sites to get a copy of the song, since my radio copy is a little scratchy. Maybe I can save 11¢ by going to walmart. :) It may be one I want for my cruisin' cd along with Floridays.

Now, the album. Rumor on the Buffett board is that he is to start this fall on the album. Considering Mailboat Records track record, you may be looking at late summer or fall next year.
