New to these boards, new to the concept but we have done one Disney cruise before- on the Wonder, west coast. For this one we are on the 8th floor and are thinking to do the fish extender deal. I didn't know about it before- never even heard of it? I think my boys will really love the concept- they are 9 and nearly 13 and I know our days of preteen angst are approaching so want to make this magical and fun while we still can. This will be a little tough as our last cruise we went with my Mom, in 2012, and she passed away in 2013. I am sure it will trigger many memories for all of us but are looking forward to the newness of a different ship and different coast to distract us some. Is there anything special I need to do to get on one or is this it? Am I even posting in the right place? LOL

Hi I m sooooo excited to get on Disney cruise again! I went to Dream last year, my girl love it so much! So we Booked fantasy before off board. But I didn't do the FE last time!! Hi everyone. This will be our first Disney Cruise. It's just my husband and I, we have no kids yet. We are super excited to cruise disney. I really wanted to do the FE, looks like its hard to find others doing it. I have read alot on it and saw to come here but sad to see there is a different spot that people are going to and I have no clue. If anyone can help me with this I would love it. Hello everyone! I'm Katrina and will be sailing with my Dbf Justin. This will be our second Disney cruise, we just got home from our first Disney cruise last week. We knew we wanted to do a 7 night or longer cruise but also wanted to take advantage of the OBB discounts. My birthday is the day before we sail and we plan to spend a couple days at the World beforehand. We will be in room 5550 and can't wait to see the extended verandah!

Hello! We are in 7517, 7th floor forward. DH Jason, DW Renae, DS Gabe 10, and DD Isabel 7. Kids 1st cruise, our 2nd. 1st was a short 3 day on the Wonder almost 14 years ago for our anniversary so we are long overdue! We've also done 7 DW and 3 DL trips since then! We love Disney!

I am also having trouble finding the social media page for our dates. Any tips on finding it?

Has anyone done the Mountain Top Downhill Rainforest Trek? We really want to do this excursion, but Disney will not let us book since my DD is 7. I wonder if we could do this independently? We are very active and I have no doubt that she can handle it.

Any other active excursions on either island that are not to be missed?

My husband and I and our two children (boy age 8 and girl age 4 would love to join fish extenders). this is our third cruise and the last time my husband and I made makeshift fish extender bags for our kids once we got on the ship. We put some stuff in the bags ourselves and some folks had pity on us and added some sweet surprises too! We want to do it for real this time! I think I just sent a request to join the Facebook group. Looking forward to hearing back soon!
