Ian/Sukie/Monica/Jackie and Cheri - are all having a wonderful time. Ian & Sukie loved the cake the girls got them - I missed Jackie's call today - I was getting my pedi.

Set the meeting with the dog/house sitter
Called the bank (Disney was last week)
WHEW - I'm going good - DH went thru his clothes and picked out his suit (pants too tight) so they are at the tailors and will be ready Wed.
He also bought two new white button downs(the man CAN shop on his own)!
As for suitcases - won't know that till I start packing - but HEY - I forgot to mention that ebags sent two bags of little white plastic bottles for putting shampoo in etc... I didn't know that was part of it so I was really excited to get them... did anybody else or was it because some of my order was back ordered? Still came on time though so that was good.

You're doing great....you still have time.

Woody DH was talking about you at dinner and is excited to see you guys - he wondered if anybody else on the boards was thinking he didn't really exist... he is looking forward to meeting everybody.

I saw him in the picture you posted, so I know he has to be real. Hey, me and John want to challenge you two to mouseboat races in WDW after cruise. It could be fun. Joanie and Sam want to give it a go too. We could all have a blast.

Good morning. All systems go here for final packing and organising. We leave mid afternoon for the airport hotel and fly tomorrow!!!

Still leaving a mess because of the building work, and it will be worse when we get home so i am a bit sad about that. But, heyho, I'm going on a great vacation to get away from it all.

Have a good trip Deb and John and anyone else travelling soon. I should be online later, and also whilst we are at SSR before the cruise.

I'm packing - for 6 weeks! We will have 2 largish cases, 1 smaller, and a garment bag just because of the cruise. I'm thinking they are going to be heavy. I'm not a light packer and I'm finding it difficult.

How many bags do you all have? I want to feel better about mine!!

Marilyn - Just give in and buy a steamer trunk.

We have been down here 2 days and I think we're finally getting over the travel day, getting up at 3:30 a.m. for the 5 a.m. shuttle to Midway, which wasn't that bad in and of itself, but rather the subsequent death march in trying to pick up our rental car in DTS.

We have the best room we've ever had at VWL. We have a 2 bedroom corner lock-off on the top floor. Three balconies. Three fabulous views.

We also had a great anniversary dinner at Boma. After 22 years we can't believe it's our first year.

Hi everyone! This time next week we'll be making our way to the port to board the Magic and leave our cares behind. Can't wait to leave work behind! This week has been crazy! Today is DS's Birthday! Having a party later, let's just add to the craziness! he can't wait to have his friends & cousins over. Planning for the party, trying to get things together for the cruise, and getting swamped at work has made it a very stressful week! Get me on board that ship, get me a lounge chair, and PLEASE get me a drink!

I will be signing up for a margarita tasting. Don't think I could do the Tequila tasting, DH might though.

Yikes! I know all about those early trips to WDW! But, now that we're at VWL, it was all worth it.
