Stayed at a studio at BLT Friday night with my friend from NY (CM w/ DVC) - nice & fun but not my taste. I forgot my camera (duh) but Suzanne took pics & is posting them on FB - I've asked her to send them to me.

40 days from today & we're sailing away!!!!

We'll be celebrating our 1 year wedding anniversary, which happened on September 4th. Odd to be celebrating a 1 year wedding anniversary when we just celebrated our 22 year anniversary.

Did you see that the new 2011 itineraries should be announced at the D23 convention that starts on Sept 10th. Hopefully we can find out before we board on Saturday or perhaps the booking desk will have more information

Does anyone know how far ahead we can call and get the list of movies that will be showing on our cruise? Wondering if now is too early?

That would be great! I was thinking of a 2011 cruise. I would be a CC member! I will have to seriously think about rebooking while on board. I'm already thinking about my next DCL cruise and I haven't gone on my 1st one yet!?!? I know it will be great and that like you all, I will become addicted!

What do you say, should we do a reunion of this cruise in 2011?

I, and I know a few others from this cruise also, are keeping an eye out for the Wonder Repo through the Panama Canal in 2011.

I'm so confused on what cruise I want to do in 2011. I'd like to do the maiden voyage of the Dream, but if it takes over the Wonder's route and just does a short cruise I'm not really interested. So, that leaves whatever special cruises the Magic and Wonder do. The Wonder will be doing the PC which we've never done before, so I'm definitely interested in that possibility.

I thought that was just done by a cast member on the Wonder. Do they have someone on the Magic who does it too? (not that I'd be interested...I can barely walk 2K!!!)

I don't run, just walk. I used to run, years ago until it screwed up one of my knees. I'll be happy to walk. A 5K would be easy and great for sightseeing. I already walk 3 miles to get to work everyday (4.8K) and about 2 miles or so on my lunch hour.

I don't run, just walk. I used to run, years ago until it screwed up one of my knees. I'll be happy to walk. A 5K would be easy and great for sightseeing. I already walk 3 miles to get to work everyday (4.8K) and about 2 miles or so on my lunch hour.

I also walk on my lunch hour (usually 2.5 miles) and I usually walk another 1 mile during the day for a 15 min break (we get scheduled 15 min breaks where I work). So a 5k wouldn't be bad, it'd only take 45 min to 1 hr to walk. Might be interested. You're right, it would be a good way to sightsee.
