Here's why I haven't got any packing done yet...

I made 31 t-shirts and 2 pillowcases for our trip. I still have 10 sheets of magnets to print.

The shirts are for DH, me, DS4, DS3 and DD7months. We're staying at Villas at Wilderness Lodge for 3 nights before our cruise and going to MNSSHP.

My DH and boys have WL t-shirts. Dh has a logo on the front and the bigger design on the back of his shirt. The boys just have the big design on the front.

Hi everyone! This time next week we'll be making our way to the port to board the Magic and leave our cares behind. Can't wait to leave work behind! This week has been crazy! Today is DS's Birthday! Having a party later, let's just add to the craziness! he can't wait to have his friends & cousins over. Planning for the party, trying to get things together for the cruise, and getting swamped at work has made it a very stressful week! Get me on board that ship, get me a lounge chair, and PLEASE get me a drink!

I will be signing up for a margarita tasting. Don't think I could do the Tequila tasting, DH might though.

Garry, good morning! Have fun at the Pop. We stayed there in April and got the 90's building (highly recommend it). It is closest to the busses and a 3 min walk to the food court. When checking in I asked for a room closest to the busses and the pulled ou the resort map and showed me what was available. It was a great location, we took the top floor at the end by the stairs (they're outside & not against our wall). And our room was quiet, no noise. Good luck & have fun!

ICK... Rental Cars are SOooo Expensive!!

I looked into a full size Van that was over $525 to rent for the 3 days we will be in Disney prior to sailing.. So instead, I rented a Mini Van for 7 ppl and a Car for 2 ppl and the combined price was $450..

I also rented the mini van and car again on the 19th and returning on the 20th and again it was expensive.. $383..

I'm packing - for 6 weeks! We will have 2 largish cases, 1 smaller, and a garment bag just because of the cruise. I'm thinking they are going to be heavy. I'm not a light packer and I'm finding it difficult.

How many bags do you all have? I want to feel better about mine!!

I will have 2 large suitcases, 1 large rollng duffel (for booster seat and FE gifts) and 4 rolling carryons for 4 people for 11 days. It sounds to me like you're doing good.

I was just planning it in my head this am - i think that we will have 2 large suitcases, 3 small and 1 rolling carry on - that is for 11 days and only 3 people - we have a 2 year old, and she needs so much stuff!!!! plus - i refuse to do laundry on vacation unless it is absolutely necessary

i am working on getting all of the laundry done today - some shopping, nails and toes done tomorrow and actually packing on monday - thank goodness for the long weekend -

I'm going to try to get down there on 2 bags, one for each of us since Delta charges for the 1st bag. 1 garment bag and 1 large suitcase. I'm also going to pack collapsable duffles for if we need them coming back.

I was just thinking, packing for 1 isn't any lighter than packing for 2! I'll be test-driving my new garment bag (from eBags, of course) in preparation for the Baltic cruise next year.
