I think because I finally got some sleep. I went to bed at 7:30 p.m. yesterday! That's what happens when I work both weekend days as well as my normal work-week!

Yes, I volunteered to sub some of the meetings for a WW leader who has level 4 cancer. I'm quite happy to help out, but getting up early for my normal job, and then doing it both weekend days is physically hard on me.

Usually I sleep in on Saturdays, which means I sleep until 5:30 or 6:00 a.m. sometimes, I've slept as late as 6:30 a.m.!

That is so funny!

I agree, after looking at the site yesterday I have Jose convinced we need to go - lots of trails we are already for and a few I'd like to put on my "when I hit my goal" shape... but none of them will be straight up and having to climb a metal ladder.... I remember going to the top of the World Trade Center and not being able to walk up to the edge because of height issues... although I will say I'm getting better - I used to freak when taking off in my friends plane (4 seater) and now I'm fine with it...

I'm home from the hospital...at Peg's. She's at work right now, but Jose is here 'keeping an eye on me".

Procedure when fine, just something we (the Doc & I) will be having to keep our eye on in the future.

I see Cheri hasn't shown up (and how could she not with the musical envoking Ian just provided).

Well...I'm outta here for now, can't sit too long just yet.
