I have a DD 17, she is wondering if anyone has a child around her age?
So if you do let me know, she is so worried that she is going to be the only 17 year old on the cruise.
Can you believe we are 95 days out?
How many of you have late dinner seating? I booked June of 04 for my cruise and requested early seating, but was given late, called DCL and they said that when I booked that the early seating was full. I am on the wait list now.

We reserved either May or June 2004 and got the Early seating. Its hard to believe that they sold out Early Seating that quick. I hope you get your choose, it sounds like most people in the end get the seating they want. The 60 days out date is coming up quick now and things like that may open up.

Hey Mom+3girls,

My DH and I are in late seating but we wanted it that way. We never eat dinner before 730pm anyways so it made logically sense to eat late on the cruise. I've heard that a lot of times you'll be able to switch. Plus the 90 day mark to cancel is fast approaching so maybe people will cancel and you'll get what you want. Good luck!!

We had early dining but we recently changed to late so we wouldn't have to rush back to the ship every night. We've seen most of the shows and the 2 that I want my son to see are on sea days according to past navigators.

Now, I'm just counting down to Sunday.....

Can you all believe that we are only 2 months 3 weeks and 6 days from sailing? oh boy!!
I am so excited.
Just bought my DD 10 a lovely dress to wear for formal night, that was the last dress we needed for formal night.
Is anyone planning on doing the island tour, turtle farm excursion on Grand Cayman?

Add another DIS member to this list! We too were scheduled to go on a cruise last September, but it got canceled in July when my DH's work said they couldn't "live without him". Well, now they get to live without him full time because he has a new job, and they understand that people need vacations!

The cruise we were supposed to have been on last year was the 7day turned 10day due to the storms! But I'm not hoping for storms this year - I'm hoping for 'beach' weather all the way!

I've booked our Palo ressies and am still working on shore excursion ideas. But I didn't get to book the High Tea. The only day they had available was Sunday, the same day as the brunch and I didn't think we would be up to doing both in one day. That made me sad because I LOVE High Tea. Every time I visit Victoria, that's the first reservation I make!

Our 12th anniversary is September 11. So we'll celebrate that at Palo's Brunch.

Add us to your fellow cruisers, me, DH, DS age 11 and our friends with DS 13 and DD 8. We were on board last year 9/11/04 and are hoping to make the western ports this year.
Are there any divers out there? The two hubbies want to dive in Cozumel and Grand Cayman. Does anyone know about the diving at Chanakaab Park? I'm trying to decide between Chanakaab and Paradise Beach for me and the kids.

We are definitely doing Paradise Beach. I've heard lots of good things about it from these boards. We really looked into this http://cozumelcruiseexcursions.com/CozumelBeachBreak.htm but in the end decided against it. I booked my stuff online the other day. Not too much - a pedicure in the spa, parasailing on CC and Palo brunch. My son is not old enough for the clubs and we don't plan on putting him in the nursery but how about getting potty trained right before we go - WOO HOO -

Well, got on early this morning. Now able to get Palo reservations online (75 days to go) Was able to get Dinner reservations but no brunch reservations available. I really was hoping for the brunch. May still have to stand in line on Sept 10th to see if we can get brunch, or at least waiting list. Also will check if they are releasing more times as they get closer. It still is going to be fun.

I read on another thread that DCL wasn't releasing all the times for Palo online. That they were holding some back for the day of boarding. So you might get one then. I would definitly keep trying and go up to the the palo ressie people the day of boarding.

This is our family's first cruise! DH, DD 10 & 8, and myself! I've made reservations for the kid's clubs. I'll be 22 wks pregnant on this cruise so I'm having a hard time planning excursions since I'm not sure what I can/can't do. Would LOVE to do some spa treatments. The kids want to do the dolphin excursion. I've already checked and I can't do it with them but can wait while they participate w/Dad. Looking forward to meeting some of you in September!

Just got off June 12-16 Wonder. This one will be 2nd cruise for my 3 yr old son and I. First cruise was a big family gathering (12 of us), this time will just be the 2 of us. Looking forward to Pirate Night, as that was my son's favorite part! He still wears his Captain Hook hat and hook we bought at Mickey's Mates!

Sorry!!! I haven't been planning my families trip to WDW that happened this past weekend. We changed our Dec. trip to June 30-July5 on June 1st so it's been crazy trying to plan what we wanted to do. Now I'm back and sick.

Who's going down on Friday? And where are yall staying? My Dh and I are going to arrive at 830am on Friday the 9th. We are renting a car and going to Epcot for the day then to the Port. We're staying at the Marriott Courtyard. We plan to find a liquor store and grocery store that night to buy some stuff. Anyone know an easy one to find. Also anyone know where I can find directions from MCO to Epcot and then Epcot to the Port area???? We've never driven to WDW or had a car in WDW so we have no clue where we're going down there.

We will be driving down from Pennslyvania leaving Thursday. We plan to stay at the Holiday Inn Express in Cocoa Beach on Friday Night the 9th. I think getting to Epcot is real easy from MCO. Either take the Beeline (Rt 528) to I-4 go west until you come to the Epcot exit or you can take Rt 417 (toll) (Also called the Greenway) out of the back of MCO get off at Rt 536 exit straight into epcot. Check out Yahoo maps for directions. Rt 528 (Beeline) is your direct route to the Port. Although we have been to WDW many many times (DW's Aunt lives outside Orlando) and have visited the port and Cocoa Beach before, this is our first trip on DCL.

Awsome, Thank Bobbybear. My Dh has no sense of direction and I have never driven anywhere in Orlando so we're kindof lost down there. How long is that drive for yall? We saved up our Delta points so we could fly and Marriott points so we could have a place to stay. This is our first vacation just the two of us since our honeymoon 2 1/2 years ago so we're very excited. Plus it's my Dh's first ever cruise. I hope he doesn't get seasick to much.
