Sept Fantasmic Package

Has any-one been able to book one of these. Phoned on Sat to book my ADRs and the CM (who was one of the best I've ever spoken to) advised that as the Sept Entertainment schedule hadn't been released yet it can't be booked, to keep phoning back and trying.

I phoned again yesterday & today to try and book but both the CMs I spoke to didn't seem to understand what I was trying to do-When I asked if the Sept entertainment schedule had been released yet they didn't seem to know what I was talking about. They just keep saying nothing is available (Disney speak for computer says No), the one today told me it must be fully booked for Sept

Help what do I do next-just keep ringing?

When we were trying to do the same for July we also ran into the same problem - the schedule wasn't released at exactly the 90 day mark, it was a few days into the month. We just kept calling - a couple of times a day - to check. When the schedule was released we were able to make the Fantasmic package reservation. I would simply ask the CM to check and see if the Fantasmic schedule had been released yet and they knew what I was referring to.

There are some other posts floating around that suggest that the package isn't all that it used to be though. There is no longer a separate entrance for dining package ticket holders and some of the posts suggest that you need to be there even earlier than in the past. We're going to stick with ours and see how it goes.
