Sept discount & crowds question

I'm thrilled that I was able to take advantage of this new general public code for Sept and save on my AS Movies ressie (55 +tax/night!). I'm just a bit disappointed that no AP rates were announced. I'm wondering if I should be worried that Disney released these savings to "everyone" to aggressively increase attendance for the month. Should I be worried about much higher crowds than normal in Sept because of this discount? We've only been previously in Oct and March, so I have yet to see how un-crowded it is in Sept. Any thoughts? I will post on the budget board as well for additional thoughts....
