Is that a watermelon? It's beautiful.

It's coming quick now. A couple weeks and we'll be in Hilton Head. For those of you who have been there, you know how awesome it is . For those of you who haven't, it's really not worth the trip . Just kidding. It seems like a lot more people are trying the Hilton Head resort and loving it. My family cannot fathom the idea of not going to Hilton Head every summer. We'd love to go for 2 straight weeks sometimes but only have enough points for Sun-Sat for 1 week. If we skipped a summer, we could do 2 weeks, but then I'd be having an uproar in my home.

When we get back, it will be August. The kids start school a couple of weeks later. September will be here in a flash. I'm getting excited and nervous at the same time. I've always felt intimidated by all the seasoned cruise veterans and I'm sure that's a good reason why I haven't book a cruise before. We can go to WDW and I don't even have to "think" about it as we've been so frequently. It won't be long and I'll be one of those cruise veterans too.

I don't know what I was thinking. A couple weeks back, Cameron's Scout Master was looking for volunteers to work at our communities Labor Day weekend festivities. The Scout Master and I we're emailing back and forth trying to decide which shift I would be willing to work. I decide the best position for me would be the Information Booth on Labor Day. No problem. In addition, I signed myself and Cameron up to sell pop that weekend for the Scouts fundraiser. I go to write it all on the calendar and guess what?? We're going to be a little busy with other plans on 9/5. I couldn't believe I had to call the Scout Master back and "unvolunteer". I really felt like a heel. As much as I like to help Scouts out, there was no way I was going to change our cruise plans to do so.

Just talked to 3DAN (Bill) and he is still around -

Very busy with his work. Angela is doing real good and should be back to work in a very short time. He will start posting with us just as soon as things settle down with him.

I told him that Cindy hadn't taken the children's names off the kids list yet... - just kidding !!!! And now that we know he is still around, the list stands with Billy and Kristen's names on it............

I just have to share this with everyone. All who sailed with Disney on the 14 day Repo. Cruise received this map and pin. The pin is a "pin on pin" and is beautiful. I just received mine in the mail yesterday.
