I know Amy & Chris are away for the weekend, but let's keep them in our thoughts and prayers. Looks like the latest tropical storm may become Hurricane Wilma and early tracking shows it headed towards Tampa/St. Pete.

Hopefully it will fizzle out. I can't believe they are on W already. Dumb question--anyone know where they get the next storm's (hopefully there won't be one) name from? Doesn't the list go from A - W?

Not sure if they use X, Y or Z but I do know when they run out of the regular alphabet they go to the Greek one. So it will be Alpha, Beta, etc.

Edited to add - I checked and Diana is right Wilma is the last of the regular names.

Ok, back from a very busy day....church, lunch, apple picking, corn mazing, dinner, shopping....whew.....

now a second to post the pictures of KT in Mike's sister's wedding which was yesterday:

KT told me they had to get up before "the stars were gone" to get to the spa by 6:00 am and that they were there 4 HOURS! She got the complete up-do, nails and make up package!!!

She had 2 sizzix machines and a bunch of alphabets & shapes and sizzlets templets.

I was going to see about stopping at the Disney this week but after hearing about it I don't think I'll make a special trip.
About the World of Disney store in NYC. It was pretty cool and then they remodeled it and I haven't been there since they completed it. Jeff has been there and says they did away with most of the Gallery stuff and replaced it with DVD's & cd's

I'm still working on Member Homecoming.
I'm definately waiting for the group cd before I do my book for the cruise.
I was thinking about getting the Creative Memories Tapestry album for my cruise stuff. I don't know if I want the album from the cruise ship or not. I'm still debating.

Good morning. Looks like we need some of these around here today. Last I heard, I thought it was going to be a gorgeous week. Now they are saying rain a couple in the next several. Oh well, cannot change it.

Way to go, White Sox!!! I have 1 happy camper in this house. Cameron's been a White Sox fan forever. Hard to believe with the mostly Cubs fans around, but true.

I didn't hear back from the family I terminated. Gary's going to stay home this morning to see if they show up. I do not/will not have another altercation at my door. I will feel better once they either show up or not. I did hear through the rumor mill that they told someone I didn't give them any reason and that I was too quick to accept their check on Friday. Now I almost feel like I should just cash their check out of spite. But, I'm not sure I can do that even though by contract, I am entitled to the money. I personally hope they don't come back. We'll all feel better about the situation then.

We revamped my daycare and removed the furniture from it over the weekend. What a difference. Now I just need to figure out what to do with the old couch we now have in the garage. Sometimes the Salvation Army is rather picky on what they will accept. We had that happen to us with a set of bunk beds they refused to take because they were not assembled. Then told us that if they were assembled, they wouldn't have taken them anyway because they would be too big. Maybe we'll check through the township if there is a local family in need.

Off to take the boys to school and the library this morning. Have a great day.

Mark - I'd love to see a World of Disney store at our local mall. That would be great!

One in each major city would be plenty; more than that and you have the Disney Store scenario all over again. I really do feel they oversold themselves by trying to be in every mall.

I miss the old store where you went into the Gallery room.

A piece of advice for anyone with digital that hasn't done so yet.. printing pictures at the local photo place is so easy it isn't funny. I had always run them off at home before now, not anymore! The local Osco(same as Sav-On, Walgeeens, CVS), has these kiosks from Kodak at the photo counter that you put the memory card from the camera in and pick the pictures, and you have the pictures literally in minutes. They're much better than anything I could do at home.

Just a suggestion on the couch....check freecycle.org to see if your local community has a freecycle group set up. You can always find people who really need that type of stuff there, and when people are getting something for free, they don't mind picking something up promptly!

Good luck with the family. If they are going to be nasty and spread rumors about you, you should give them their check back, you know, kill them with kindness? It's probably the last thing they expect, and it will probably cut their gossiping about you.

Mark--you found out my secret. I don't even OWN a photo printer for that reason. Usually, I just upload my photos to Walmart.com and in 1 hour I go to the store and pick them up. It's like 20 cents a photo, which to me is cheaper than I can print at home (I'm talking ink and paper), I don't waste my time messing around, and I get to go to Walmart! For "special" photos, I use the kodak kiosk (they have one at walmart to!)

Do not be overcome with evil, overcome evil with good. By doing so it is like heaping hot coals on their head (paraphrased)

So heap those hot coals. I'd also try to make sure that you do lots of fun projects this week (if the boy is there)....send a fun thing home with him everyday which will basically say "try to find childcare like THIS anywhere else....you have NO idea what you're giving up!!!"
