I have never quit a job or been fired from a job. I've had exactly 3 jobs in my life. 17 years at Sears where I was layed off when they closed Catalog. 4 years at a local computer reseller where I was layed off when they were bought out by a CA company. Going on 8 years at my current job.

Another TZ moment. My first "real" job after college was with Sears Technology Services. I used to do the computer helpdesk for the catalog centers. Then, we were the helpdesk for the stores in general. We merged with IBM and became Advantis. Then, Sears was bought out by IBM. Then, we were bought out by AT&T. Then, I got laid off. I only had one job after college, but we changed company names every couple of years.

yeah, we finished dinner. I tried to make Shrimp Scampi, but something wasn't right about the shrimp. So, we tossed that and Chris picked up Chinese.
