We're heading out the the zoo is a little while. Don't worry, Lisa, we'll stay away from the children's zoo. Guess what they have there?

Lisa, there are some really STRANGE people around. When we first moved into our house, Gary's out cleaning the garage and comes across a deer leg -- tucked nice and neat underneath the work bench.

So, I go off to work and tell the story. A couple of they guys I worked with were in a discussion as to which one of them wanted that deer leg. They were getting a bit heated as to why they needed it. As it turned out, one of the guys convinced the other he needed it more. So, he took it to become a Christmas gift for his future-FIL. I'm tellings you......strange.



And, to answer your question, does Sam really have a choice in how YOU decorate your home??

Well... the goat IS still hanging in the house because of Sam, so he has SOME say...

And no offense, but Hannibal Lechter's son will never be invited to hang out over our house, even if he DIDN'T get to choose what was on the dinner menu!

Have fun at the zoo today... don't let any goats follow you home.

Has any of us given any thought about the fact that maybe, just maybe, since none of us has actually seen this goat, that maybe it is a full sized real taxidermied goat and Lisa is just "covering" so she can keep her friends on this cruise?? We haven't actually seen this goat yet!

Maybe Cindy will sneak you a goat out of the zoo! Actually, I'm going to AK right before the Bon Voyage party....maybe I can borrow a goat from there?

Diana, I think your right. Lisa, didn't you offer a picture of yourself -- along with that goat of yours! Can you hold it by yourself?

Years ago, my in-laws had many goats roaming around their property. So, to me, it's not such a strange thought to have a goat as a "pet". Of course, they had 15 acres on which the goats could roam.

They were really rather cute when they were little. It was when they became full sized that they got into trouble.

Hey, at least Walker and Emily want to wear clothes! These past few weeks Emma will ONLY wear her bathing suit. She wakes up at 6 am going "suit" "suit" "suit". She begs to get dressed and if I even dream about pulling shorts and a t-shirt out for her...it's a big giant fit for the suit. I'm really hoping she outgrows this phase by winter, because i'm going to have the child welfare people at my house wondering why a 2 year old is wearing a bathing suit in a blizzard!

Well, at least she's wearing a bathing suit. Emily went through a phase where she took off ALL of her clothes, including her diaper.

You guys have definitely been having a VERY interesting conversation while I was at preschool today. But, I have to say that when I first heard this story, I was thinking a larger goat, not a beanie. I'm glad that Lisa clarified, because I would have been VERY scared!!!

Preschool went well today. There were already about 6 kids in the classroom when Emily got there. As soon as her friend, Alissa, from last year saw her, they gave each other a HUGE hug and we were invisable!! We took some pictures, talked to Emily's teacher and then told her we were leaving. She didn't even look up, just said BYE!!! I did force her give me a quick kiss and we were out of there.

I think that Madison is taking it hard though. She's been very clingy since we got home. But, I figured that would be the case, since she's been so used to Emily being here.

::sigh:: There goes Cindy, angling for a picture of me again! lol... I'll dig through my pictures and try to find a picture of the goat, and a picture of me... I just don't promise that the pictures will be of me and the goat together!

ROFL... I may have to pack the goat in my carry-on... to heck with the looks that I'll get from Airport Security!!!

Yeah, I just have to work & clean while Madison naps this morning, so that I can play with her and not feel guilty while she's awake. The problem that I forsee is that Madison is still taking 2 naps a day, so she will be awake until we pick up Emily from school. But, I worry that she won't nap when we get home at about 3:30pm. Oh well, I'm sure after a week or so, we'll get into a routine.

This morning we also booked the 11 night Southern Caribbean. Now I can rest easier - we have a cruise booked for 2006.

Just informational should anyone want to design a shirt in Zazzle. I just received some t-shirts I designed from our door magnet. They did a nice job and I was pleased with the quality. By the way... the regular t-shirt + polo sizes run a little large...

I will use them again!

I would have put the design out as a public design, but know there would be copyright issues... I have our large magnet design on the back... the front has a smaller simpler design version and is personalized.

I was on the phone with Stacy this morning and got her even more excited for the cruise! We are meeting for lunch this weekend so I can get them even more excited!!

YEAH!! Congrats on the crocs! LOVE the pink. We'll look cute together with the pink and my lime greens! They are definitely the most comfortable shoes ever made.

Welcome to the 11 day!! I'm thinking it is going to make leaving the ship a little easier because we know we'll definitely be back!

Emily used to love Bear!! She kind of grew out of Bear to go to the Wiggles, but since they started Breakfast with Bear, she's in love with him again!!!
