Our plan is to get up when Emily does and get ready. Then, we'll go have breakfast and then head to the port. I would imagine that we'll be there between 10 and 10:30am. Didn't someone say that the port doesn't actually open until 10:30am? Does that mean the parking too? I don't remember.

Add another for 10:00 AM at the port.

okay, that means I'll have to be there by 9. :crazy2: Not because I want to be first, but because I'll be all hyper worrying about getting there. Trust me, it will be a stressful morning. I'm not going through all these months of planning to "miss the boat".

I really like the new and improved Mrs. Lips. :rotfl2:

I think we will be there between 10 and 10:30. I'll probably have Tom drop me off with the luggage and he can take the car back. It sounds like there will be good company for me to meet. :flower:

Apparently, we are never going to get to the port, because as someone said earlier the DCL buses don't pick up until like 11:30.

And Cindy--love the lips!

Mary

I love the twilight zone door magnets.
Im utterly useless with crafty things like that.
If you could make 1 for me, I'd pay you or buy you a soda.

Debbie - I'm making one for each family. I'm putting one in each button bag. So you are set. I don't drink soda any more, but you can buy me breakfast one morning up at Beach Blanket! :rotfl2:

Has anyone been looking at the pics of the food on the DCL Food Pic thread?? OMG!!! :earseek: How am I going to wait the 3 weeks??

I couldn't stay away either. :teeth:

Maybe someone will post the picture I'm looking for over there. ;)

Debbie - that is very sweet. That I will accept since it is going to a good cause. Honestly Mark and I do this for the enjoyment of everyone.

I know I've always had them on Castaway Cay, and they served them to me there in a red plastic cup, so there wasn't much to see, so I wouldn't take a picture of it. I do remember sailaway party had these awesome layered drinks....mmmmmm.....I'm going to get myself into some trouble! ;)

What picture are you looking for Cindy?

One of the konk kooler. I'm envisioning a really, fancy, fluffy type drink. Maybe I'm wrong in what I'm thinking. It certainly wouldn't be the first time.

I have a couple of pictures of desserts from Palo. Yummy, yum, yum!!!

Ahhhh- Banfi! You would be well welcomed on the May '06 cruise as it is the unofficial drink of choice. Not by Mark and I as wel don't drink, but for all the other crusiers! I was offered a glass on the 10 day during the dessert buffet but as I said I don't drink. I hear it is wonderful with chocolate!

Hmmm... eyes the bottle of RR that's sitting in the closet...

Yes its amazing with Chocolate. Cheryl and I were first introduced to RR at a food and wine paring at Alfredo's during the food and wine festival.

I hear it's much better than Beverly :rotfl2:

Ok so since I have to plan it all out here's some questions:

How long does it take to drive from WDW to the Port? I think about 75 - 90 minutes?

If we are leaving a car in the secure lot should one of us get out with the luggage and one of us park the car or should we both go park the car? (oh and I remember absolutely no food or drink left in car to avoid ants)

They take our luggage (which we will have placed our DCL tags on already) and we go through security with our day bags right? Then what? I know we can check out the port and hopefully around 11:30 or so they will let us board.
