A long while back I made a movie of the webcam from Key West of the Magic docking. This is what we'd typically see from the webcam watching the Westerns dock.

Which from the view, looks like it got an upgrade after the last huricane to hit it. Very nice, should be an even better view than I got!


Gail/John or someone else from MI, what's a website for a network tv station by you? I can't find anything on msnbc or cnn dot coms.

That's the one I was ready to send you. They aren't reporting much on their website tho.

The city where Mary and Sanddune live is just north of the explosion site. It all depends on how far south they live in their city as to how close they are to the site. I'm not sure if they live in the north or south end of their city.

We are not close at all - about 50 miles NE of the explosion.

Well as much as I'd like to stick around the weather's getting snarky here.

That bit of rain out west didn't make it to me, slid south and went over Chicago. But there's much more bumpier stuff out to the west. Need to go round and unhook the more delicate stuff.

The circle with the plus in it near the lake is where Mary and I am, Cindy's straight west from us just past the end of the box.

YEAH!!! I'm so excited for all of us!!! I decided I'm not posting on the other thread until we are done with this cruise though, my poor children are neglected enough!

I just got home from a night out with my friends in the real Saratoga Springs and the whole time I was so excited about my cruises! And none of these people "get it" about Disney, so I couldn't even talk about it!! I'm so glad to be home to my friends who understand my obsession!

Second I was just reading the live the Wonder thread on the main board and saw this:

Karen is the cruise director and the Captain Henry is steering the ship.

Mine is more of a wench costume. Mark and I are doing costumes we've used at ren faires.

What items did you once pack/take with you, but no longer do?

We always bring more clothes than we truly need. I'm hoping to bring much less this trip.

Cindy - no I wasn't sure who was Captain. I know Captain John was Captain of the Wonder earlier in the year.

So all we need to do is buy a Captain's hat at the store, then put it one of these Henry's and we can take a picture with Captain Henry!

If I remember correctly we've sailed under Captain Henry before and he was very nice.
