now I have never been for a MNSSHP and wanted to get a long week-end in. never been this time of year....how are the crowds from any of your personal experiance!

Usually light, but with the free dining plan, expect them to be higher than normal for that time of year. I still don't think it will be "crowded".

We went last year in Mid September and the crowds were minimal. Only a few rides had long lines in MK, and we fast passed those. We booked again this year for early September because we had such a layed back time. The only thing which was really crowded was the parades and fireworks shows.

Other than that weekend Saturday at the MK should there be crowds. We have been the past 3 years on that time and the lines where ok last year. You should with a bit of planning ahead take in a whole lot of Magic

With the free dining, the start of the food and wine festival and the halloween party - I am expecting RECORD crowds that weekend. Many will probably be trying to combo all three.

Post thought - The Jewish New Year is the 4th and the 5th as well - lots of NY/north NJ schools with a Jewish population have these days off on thier calendar.

I would agree except for there are other weekends in which to get all of those activities plus free dining in...but now that I think about it, that is the only weekend in which to get all the free dining, MNSSHP and the festival...wow!~! in the same weekend that is!! :maleficen
