Does anyone know how late the desk to pick up APs stays open? We have a later flight so won't get to RP until about 9:30 p.m. and I'd like to get our APs that night so we don't waste time doing it the next morning.

At least in previous years, the travel center desk has been open approximately 7 AM to 7 PM but I haven’t used those services recently. Maybe somebody who has used them recently will have a more accurate answer for you.

Any idea when Islands Dining Room is going to re-open? It closed for refurb in March and was supposed to open in August. Online reservation system still looks like it is closed with no reservations available yet into the fall.

Just back from royal 11/11/25-11/16/25. A few updates for whoever is interested. The renovations are currently being carried out in Tower 1. They have a few rooms open in that tower that they are only putting shorter stays in so the guests aren't too disrupted (this is what I was told by front desk staff). I was in tower 3 and did not hear a thing from any construction or renovation noise. Full completion date isn't for a year for the whole hotel. The islands dining room is open.

Do you know if it is possible to have a friend visiting me at the hotel during my stay (just to hang out and have a drink at the hotel for a few hours). He would arrive with an uber and am worrying that security will not let him through, especially if it is quite late at night (let say around 9-10 pm)? Thank you

Take this with a grain of salt, but our Uber wasn't asked to verify we were guests when picking up/dropping off. They were able to drop/pickup at the main lobby entrance. So I'd say you're probably fine. Worst case, he could get dropped at the gate and walk up?

I don't recall there being a gate to the front/main entrance. There is a gate into the parking area, but not to be dropped off. People are arriving late to the hotels all the time.
