This is why I'm trying to convince DH we need to rebook while on the ship.

Yup - I think having a Disney trip to plan is almost as much fun as the trip itself...how can it be that my life is this pathetic??

I bet you can make a small cup to hold just about any liquor with that duct tape too....hey the first one might not taste so good but by the 2nd or 3rd ...who the heck cares eh

I won't go into extreme details, but my oldest DD who is 26 decided that her and her BFF would be this "person" from the game Kingdom Heats for Halloween. Well, this person in the game wears all grey..so they thought it would be "AWESOME" if they used duct tape ALL OVER with no other clothes on cause they didn't want to ruin thier clothes. But to make matters worse my DD's BFF has/had pretty long hair..so she thought it would be cute to put it up in high pony tails and in stead of using rubber hair bands she used....drum roll please.......... DUCT TAPE. Well, to say they had to cut her pony tails out and now she has a cute shag hair do, is NOTHING compared to the "other" hair both of them had pulled off when they PRYED the duct tape off. I could say "oh well, they were just kids", but NO THIS WAS LAST HALLOWEEN. And being the "mean" Mom I am I gave both of them a roll of duct tape in their Christmas stocking.

OH NO!!!! I can't even begin to imagine how much the "removal" hurt and having to cut off their hair too. Too funny that you gave them duct tape for Christmas, though.

I thought I was the only one with such a pathetic life......It totally revolves around Disney that is for sure!!! My "regular" friends think I am crazy....they just dont understand!

The photographer was nice enough to take this for me and go ahead and put it on a cd so that I can make a door magnet for the kids. I added the names and date for the magnet....it is not on the original picture.

Hi everyone else!! I don't have much time since I am in the office today trying to wrap up some stuff before the trip. Birthday party planning is in full force and once the first birthday party is over on the 20th, then I can get back into 100% cruise mode...packing to commence the week of the cruise.

Parasailing Question -What are you all wearing when we go parasailing?? Bathing suit/shorts/capris?? Thanks!

If I'm allowed to do one, I'll be putting on a quick short and shirt over a bikini. Don't want to worry about folks having a 'nice sight' with me being up there and can imagine it being somewhat less warm a couple of feet up.

Basically anything you find comfortable, don't mind getting wet and not too hot nor too cold, I guess.

It's so funny you should mention that, Chris, because I just got an email from my TA saying we could upgrade to a Cat. 8 for just over $100. I know there's no difference in the room size, but the location is (IMO) better, so we decided to do it. Nothing against you though.

We are now in Room 7004, which is also a connecting room, so I am a little nervous about who our neighbors will be now. Anyone here in 7006?

It's been a couple of weeks and I know that I missed some things, sorry about that.
Let's see what we have been up to:

• Cruise Docs are showing up on a daily basis. Now that they aren't being stalked by the Picaroon Pirates, UPS drivers are breathing a sigh of relief
• The wedding took place and was by all reports beautiful
• The wristbands are in and repackaged for distribution in 15 DAYS!!!
• Name Tags are in and will soon be printed
• APB called off, Fish Extenders are being made
• HookedonCruises daughter turned one
• Sftnslky was able to get ahold of Papa Bear, with a little help for her spam folder
• hal001 dd broke her arm, but will have the best autographed cast ever
• Goofieslonglostsis wasn't a girl scout but is prepared for anything
• Spa treatments, Rasual and otherwise we discussed
• Alcohol is allowed onbaord so long as you carry it on with you, don't put it in your checked luggage
• There will be a white board at Crystal27's cabin for any late breaking Picaroon Pirate news
• The updates to Castaway Cay will be cool...and not done before our trip
• All affected teachers and schools have been told about the cruise, some took it better than others
• NutzaboutDisney and BigFerrell booked a Wishes Fireworks Cruise for their pre-cruise Disney stay.
• The ATV folks don't have the best record keeping system
• NutzaboutDisney is now home schooling. Topic for the week of the 26th...The Carribbean
• Changes to the Castaway Club start the week after we sail.
• Packing Cubes were purchased
• There will be dutch lessons for the kids, just no bad words
• Sign language....it's a good thing
• Mrs Fourgonfishin got the all clear have a grand ol' time aboard The Magic
• Movies that are expected to be shown on our cruise Click Here They are not all chick flicks...just most of them
• Kborn got some new tattoos and is getting a new ankle biter any day now
• Sending hugs to Haileyboo
• There is some discussion of the Tequila Tasting interfering with the cabin tours, Kimmysue is still on for the Cabin Tours
• Haileyboo and Saoirse's parents (grandmakiki) will be joining us for Dad's retirement celebration!!

• When glowing, bunny ears and Mickey ears are are the same thing

1. FatCat doesn't like Budweiser Select 55 and BigFerrell is going to steer clear as well
2. FatCat used to be a beer snob, but now he drinks cheap beer so his kids can have motorized scooters
3. FatCat falls on the egg side of the chicken/egg debate
4. FatCat may or may not have imaginary friends
5. FatCat and BigFerrell are going to duke it out for the hubby award of the week
6. FatCat hit Platinum with air miles based on his bar bill and credit card points on the Magic.
7. If you have to move the FatCat cooler you may take a cold one for your troubles
8. No up grade for the Cat, but he is recommending that BanasTwo consider one as they have connecting rooms
9. FatCat asks that if you are staying at the Airport Hyatt that you try the crawfish bisque
10. FatCat talks to himself or maybe not, see #4 above
11. FatCat's deal of the days have included a 1 TB hard drive and cigars. He is a Renaissance Man

Apparently I wasn't paying enough attention after hearing the destinations and admiring Donalds dancing. Are you sure about that date? Hear, the neurotic me is talking now! Sounds like that I'll need to talk to DCL prior to leaving. I'm on the waitlist for the Wonder repo, so it should work out but I want to know things for sure before leaving, or at least that we can see if it did work out while being aboard.

Darn, that's going to be quite a once-a-year-excursion for our cruise; camp out at the rebooking desk.
